"Just had my pool deck re-coated. The finish product is and looks fantastic and only took three days to complete. The old product was completely ground off to the bare concrete, acid etched, pressure washed, product applied and painted. It should be noted that they used quality material and most importantly, the crew took such care in their work as if they were actually doing the work on their own pool. "Matt and Andy are two of the best human beings on the planet! I took bids from multiple contractors to build out my chiropractic / yoga space called 20/20 ChiroYoga, (I only mention this so you know it is a legitimate review) and I immediately liked them both and felt they were going to be honest, sincere, and they had some great ideas for my project. We re-did an entire space from top to bottom as it was practically an empty shell. From the time we hired them at the end of August, they were were hustling to help get me open and we passed our final inspections on November 2nd! It only took 9 weeks and we went from a drawing on graph paper that I had done, to architect, to permits, to actual construction. We had our Grand Opening on November 5th and our space looks beautiful. I will post some pictures so everyone can see what we started with and what we finished with. Thank you Matt and Andy for giving this small business owner the confidence to take on a project like this that I had never been through before. "Ambrosio the owner returned my call (Tuesday) very quickly and set up an estimate appointment. He never showed but did call the next morning and came early to give an estimate. He said he could do the job on Saturday and then called us later to say he could do it on Thursday. The job took about 3 hours (most of which was digging to eliminate tree roots) and they did a great job. They cleaned up all adjacent areas after finishing the wall. Total cost was $1000."

"From the moment Dennis arrived it was obvious he was very professional and knows his craft. He listened to what we wanted and made helpful recommendations. The very first night we were sent several patterns and color options, the next day we were provided with a written estimate that did not deviate throughout the job. The price was more than reasonable. We had our old concrete walkway removed and replaced with a stamped concrete patio with several colors. Every detail was followed in a careful manner. Dennis and his highly qualified crew did an exceptional job and we are more than impressed by their work. "Efrain Arteaga responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I had three estimates and all were extremely close in price. However, I was impressed with Efrain's description of the work that needed to be performed and how he intended to accomplish it. He also owns all the equipment needed for the job, to include his own concrete truck mixer. Demolition and removal of the old concrete took one day longer than estimated but they brought in additional fill material to raise the level of the concrete and even out the yard. Pouring took four days as they poured in sections. The finish work was superb. Efrain proposed a stamp design that used a mix of brick and granite stamps that really enhanced the aesthetics of the driveway. They also ran six 4" pipes under the concrete to allow electrical and irrigation line access to all parts of the yard. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship of everyone involved in the project. If I have more concrete work done, Arteaga's Concrete Inc. will get the job. The "before" picture of the driveway is a few years old and does not show how badly the tile was deteriorating. It had actually became a safety hazard. The new concrete has not been pressure washed yet and is still curing. Arteaga would have pressure washed and painted the archways but I stopped them as I had other work going on and will take care of it as soon as the other projects are completed."

"Out of all the companies that I contacted through Angie's List RSI Builders (20 years in business!) was the only company to show any real interest in this repair job and to respond promptly with a written estimate via e-mail in just a few days time. And I contacted quite a few businesses: Royal Flush Concrete, Sierra Masonry, Art Con, Inc., Harrelson Masonry, Miller Tile and Construction, Eric's Masonry, etc. Most companies simply did not even bother to respond; Art Con, Inc. (John Sellers) did come by to have a look at the wall (2 weeks for an appointment!) and then I never heard from them again - no estimate, not very professional at all. <br /> After I first contacted RSI Builders in mid March 2014, Ingrid Hummel, Director of Operations, came out personally to my property within just 2-3 days time to have a look at the problems that I was having. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional; I had my written estimate for $926.00 to complete this job the very next day, 03/19/204. <br /> The job itself was scheduled for 04/10/2014 since I had first unsuccessfully attempted (see above) to get a few more estimates in the meantime. Half the cost ($463.00) was due up front and the rest on completion. <br /> Two workers/technicians arrived as scheduled on 04/10/2014 and completed this job in about 4.5 hours time. Everything proceeded as planned according to the written estimate, no problems whatsoever. The written estimate of $926.00 did not change. There was quite a bit of paint left over after job completion. I will be putting it to good use whenever and wherever any touch-up is needed around the house. <br />"
