"all work was completed on schedule. Tree removal and trimming was done quickly, great cleanup and care. The patio paver and new watering installation in the back yard looks fantastic. Alex , Eric , and crew do wonderful work, fast, professional, and answered all our questions, concerns, and made sure we were satisfied. We had several quotes for the two jobs and they were best by far. We will always use them in the future, and they get our highest recommendation."

"We were very pleased with our landscaping project. Norm was a pleasure to work with. Laura (the designer) created exactly what we hoped for and used desert tolerant plants and flowers that are lovely. Carlos (the site manager) was always professional and friendly and patiently answered all our questions as the project progressed. Manuel, Fausto, and Carlitos (the workers) were hardworking, professional, and polite at all times. There was a waiting list for this project because Schilling Horticulture is popular and in demand, but it was worth the wait."

"Kurt and his crew did a wonderful turn-key job! Removed all patio furniture and other paraphernalia before starting and replacing after completion. Also tore out large piece of carpet and disposed of it. They covered the pool and masked all adjacent surfaces. Job took 3 days and it looks fantastic!! These guys are true professionals. Their attention to details was impressive. Clean up was to our liking (we are very particular). They probably aren’t the cheapest but there workmanship is impeccable. Don’t haggle, just say “yes” and enjoy the happy results for many years."

"This review is one of the most difficult one for me to write.  As other reviewers indicated, their work is outstanding, deserving an A. But their sales side deserves an F, generating an average score of "C". Bottom line: ask for an experienced sales person, not someone they just hired 3 months ago.  Details: <br /> Work done by The Paver Guys ? Guillermo, Alex, and Jose ? was FABULOUS -- thorough and complete with gorgeous results.  Courteous and professional, they incorporated current paver pattern into the new corners and curves so that the new pavers seamlessly integrated with the existing patio. This was the part I was worried about the most and they made it look effortless. They did the work in a few hours what would have taken me at least a couple of weeks of evenings and weekends.  I generously tipped them for a job well done. <br /> The sales, estimation, and scheduling process is another story. Although Joe quoted $1500 to do the entire job with us providing the pavers, the first thing Michaela said when she met with us was, ?We don?t do any job for less than $2500.? We should have known that this inauspicious introduction to her was just the beginning. But, trusting as we were, we gently reminded her of Joe?s voicemail message, even offering to play it for her if she?d like. She said she needed to check back with the office.  She also indicated that they?d lay down the Type II and sand over that, both provided by The Paper Guy as base material. She finished her visit by making her measurements.  <br /> After trying to get the job scheduled over 4 weeks, the day finally arrived. I was surprised to hear that they?ll be dropping the sand off the day before. I asked about Type II.  Pam first stated that only sand was needed but got Michaela on the phone. Michaela said Type II will come from the pile that we had in the backyard.  I explained to her that the pile is gone and we never talked about using that as type II since it had huge rocks and needed to be sifted. Next thing I know, she sends me an email indicating that they?ll supply Type II at a cost of $250 additional. I was flabbergasted with the price increase since Type II is probably the cheapest material on earth. Having waited 4 weeks and with time running out, I replied, ?OK?.   <br /> During the middle of the work, the crew ran out of Decora pavers due to about 35% waste from cutting on both sides of the paver pathway to make way for Holland pavers. The crew said I needed to get 240 additional Decora pavers. I suggested to them that they reuse the remains from one side for the other side in order to save on the pavers. From my square footage calculations, that should have worked for remainder of the area left.  But we compromised and I agreed to get 120 additional Decora pavers, which cost $108 more. Now we?re up to $1858, getting closer to the $2500 minimum Michaela originally wanted. <br /> As the work was nearing completion, Michaela called to let me know that they?d need to charge for 60 additional square feet of work. I explained to her that the square footage did not change, just that the material estimate was off due to the 35% wastage. She then wanted to charge for providing the material. I explained to her that I went and got the material myself.  Lastly, she wanted to charge for the transportation of the material.  I, very calmly, told her that I actually drove my own vehicle to deliver the pavers. She responded with, ?Oh.? <br /> Michaela came out the next day with her measuring wheel and redid her measurements.  She was surprised that the numbers came out exactly the same as when she first made her measurements. I was just happy to pay $1750 before price went up again.  <br />"

"Parson rock was the only company we found that carried 1" to 3" smooth river rock. The owner was incredibly nice. When we asked him what was the smallest amount of rock we could purchase he told us he would sell us a bucketful if that was all we needed. Every other rock company''s minimum amount was far greater then the amount of rock we needed. We ended up purchasing twice as much rock as we needed but Parson allowed us to return the unused rock and gave us our money back for the unused portion! Initially we had called Parsons to see if we could just give the rock back for free since we had no where to store it. What an amazing company! They are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!"

"Bill and his crew did everything that I asked.  The got started after we reviewed what we wanted done and did it perfectly.  Bill gave me a price for replacing the existing  1/2" Apache Gold stone in the landscape and will complete that when he gets back from vacation.  This is the second time they have been out and were perfect both times.  I found Domestic Landscape and owner Bill Miller, last Fall on Angie's List when my then Landscaper took a powder.  I'm grateful to Angie's list for the "find".  I have a permanent contractor for all of my landscape needs.  Bill Miller and Domestic Landscape are Gems.  It would be risky to choose some other business when Bill Miller is available. <br />"

"From the moment Dennis arrived it was obvious he was very professional and knows his craft. He listened to what we wanted and made helpful recommendations. The very first night we were sent several patterns and color options, the next day we were provided with a written estimate that did not deviate throughout the job. The price was more than reasonable. We had our old concrete walkway removed and replaced with a stamped concrete patio with several colors. Every detail was followed in a careful manner. Dennis and his highly qualified crew did an exceptional job and we are more than impressed by their work. We also had them make two concrete slats for our ancient fence and put in a drainage line on our backyard patio. We were overjoyed with the outcome and the price was right. We highly recommend All Inclusive Concrete Systems! It was great doing business with an amazing company who truly care about standards. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner and they cleaned up all materials and left the place looking great. We are extremely satisfied with the results. We will definitely hire again."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Cal-nev-ari, NV

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
