"We were looking for a Mojave-Zen-Yoga-Sonoran vibe. The desert , drought tolerant, low maintenance project went very well. Planning/design went well with Laura. Carlos and his crew were on time, hard working, respectful and efficient. Enough crew members were on the job so things were done quickly. Everything was explained as the project moved along. Quality was evident in their work. If you are looking for a fast and cheap rock job, these are not the people for you. When you put the time and thought into a project, Norm and the crew can really deliver. You will be happy with the result. We are."

"This was such a great experience, the work done exceeded our expectations and looks absolutely beautiful. We got two proposals for a complete redo of all of our landscaping including a paver patio for the backyard and retaining wall along our neighbor's property line and a retaining wall for a raised bed in the front yard. We removed many non-native hedges and shrubs and installed desert cactus, agave and palm plants. Raul was very easy to work with and he was always agreeable to changes to our design we made during the install. This was a very big job and Raul finished the whole thing in two weeks. The amount of work on this job was tremendous and everything went very smoothly. The workers came every day and worked all day long. Raul was very helpful and when he went out looking for plants in our design he would send us a text message with a photo of the plants to see if we liked them. Also, when we asked for plants that would not work in the location we had asked for (due to too much sun) he suggested other plants we could use. The subcontractors for the pavers were excellent. We are very pleased with the job the paver guys did. They added several curves on the patio that we had asked for which are very difficult to do with pavers. Overall we are extremely pleased with the job and would strongly recommend this company."

"We had a wonderful experience with Mark and Kurt's team, including Mark and Kurt. Everyone was so professional, prompt, and highly experienced. The process took 3 days to complete. Anyone looking for a reputable and highly motivated team of contractors, look no further for any of your surface problems. Wish we had enough money to redo out entire patio around the pool. Our driveway is huge! 3-4 cars can sit side by side and still be able to walk around the cars. It's also quite long as well. Our walkway goes all around the front of the house up to the front door."

"<p>They do rain gutters, doors, patio cover and those types of things. There was no charge for their quote. Scheduling the service was fine. They told me once I made a decision to give them a call because it would take them a week to get the materials in so that was very good and easy. I was amazed at how quickly they could do it. I would say it took no more than an hour. They had a crew of about three or four come. One guy was out front because they do it right there and did a quick re-measure.They did the bending and carried it out while two of them get up on the ladders to do what they do. They knew what they were doing and were professional. It is very nice not having water pour down the door to my patio. The work has been holding up very well.   </p>"

"We had to wait a while for Chris but it was worth it.his proposal fit our budget and provided the design we wanted.the crew that did the initial installation did a great job and we were pleased with the work they did. Chris met with us after the work was done and noted some issues and had Mike over to replace some plants and corrected some irrigation issues. We later found two leaks in the irrigation and they were corrected too. They back up their work and have responded promptly. We highly recommend them."

"From the moment Dennis arrived it was obvious he was very professional and knows his craft. He listened to what we wanted and made helpful recommendations. The very first night we were sent several patterns and color options, the next day we were provided with a written estimate that did not deviate throughout the job. The price was more than reasonable. We had our old concrete walkway removed and replaced with a stamped concrete patio with several colors. Every detail was followed in a careful manner. Dennis and his highly qualified crew did an exceptional job and we are more than impressed by their work. We also had them make two concrete slats for our ancient fence and put in a drainage line on our backyard patio. We were overjoyed with the outcome and the price was right. We highly recommend All Inclusive Concrete Systems! It was great doing business with an amazing company who truly care about standards. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner and they cleaned up all materials and left the place looking great. We are extremely satisfied with the results. We will definitely hire again."

"Scheduling the work was a major issue,, as they are busy, I choose a busy time of the year to install. The patio cover went up well, and looks fantastic. They also installed optional LED lighting, complete with dimmer switches."

"Tore out old patio slab, graded that area and adjacent planter area, hauled away debris (including old brick planter debris we removed).  Poured new concrete and walkway (774 sf), and texture stamped same.  Concrete was 4" thick, 4500 PSI (6 1/2 sack concrete mix).  Please note:  When reviewing what we paid and comparing to other service providers, no gravel was laid, nor rebar/steel mesh was used to reinforce the concrete.   Based upon the ground our new concrete was laid on, it wasn't necessary.  (Your job might require differently, which may effect the cost.) <br />         Efrain was on time for estimate.  We had received other bids from two other reputable companies on Angie's List.  (His was the most reasonable, but it may also be due to the fact that others included use of steel mesh/wire.)  Had a few problems with reconnecting with him when it came to getting a written bid due to his being out of town for a week.  Not a problem for us tho'.   We thought we were clear on when he would start the job, but his crew came two days earlier than what we thought we agreed upon.  Again, we're pretty flexible, so earlier was ok, too.  [But perhaps not for you.] <br />         Day 1:  Removed items from atop the old patio to an area at the side of house where work wasn't to be done.  Tore out old concrete and hauled away that debris as well as hauling away the debris left over from our old concrete brick planter.  Shoveled away rock landscaping surrounding the concrete pad and graded with a slight slope to ensure proper drainage.  Originally we (meaning they) were going to tunnel under part of existing walkway on the side of the house to put in a 3" drain so water could flow from back to front of house, but instead they dug that up to lay the drain, then re-poured the concrete. [No extra charge. :) ]  Forms installed. <br />         Day 2:  Poured concrete, then texture stamped.  Originally, agreed to only texture stamp the patio area, but leave the walkway unstamped.  After only stamping the back area, one of his workers asked us if that's what we really wanted and that it might be better to stamp the whole area.  After looking it over, we agreed to have them stamp the rest of the walkway.  They did that at no extra charge as well.  :)  (So glad they asked.)    <br />         Day 4:  One of his guys came back to clean up -  repositioning the landscape fabric, and raking back in the rock, and cleaning up the dust and dirt from the sidewalks.    Everything looked terrific when they were all done.   <br />         Efrain came back to check out the job a couple of days later and to see if we were happy with the results.  Indeed, we were.  Not sure if the timing of our job (seasonal fluctuations with demand), or what, but we believe we got an exceptional value for our dollar.  <br />"

FAQs for concrete patios, walks & steps installation projects in Cal-nev-ari, NV

Most sidewalks rely on a ready‑mix blend of Portland cement, sand, gravel, and water that trucks deliver to your site and pour in one continuous lift. For added strength, many contractors fold in fiber mesh or steel reinforcement. This mix cures into a rock‑solid slab that stands up to foot traffic, freeze‑thaw cycles, and daily wear for decades. Expect a pro to recommend a 4‑inch‑thick pour for standard walkways.

With the right mix, proper drainage, and routine upkeep, a concrete sidewalk can last 25 to 50 years. Freeze‑thaw cycles, road salt, and heavy loads all shorten that timeline, but sealing every few years and patching small cracks early keeps damage in check. Think of sealing as inexpensive insurance for decades of safe, stable footing. In milder climates, some slabs push well past the 30‑year mark without major repairs.

Concrete sidewalks crack as a result of significant temperature fluctuations and heavy load pressures. The freeze-thaw cycles and sustained weight from vehicles or intense foot traffic force the concrete to develop cracks over time. Applying a premium sealant every two to three years and substituting salt with sand for de-icing minimizes crack formation. Regular maintenance and timely repairs safeguard the sidewalk’s structural integrity and extend its service life.
