As with most deals on Angie's list the fine print noted that because of the high demand of this deal there might be a wait.  I was in no hurry so that didn't bother me.  I set up an appointment for an estimate with Phil Natale.  That part went as planned.  He told me he would email me an estimate.  I reminded him I had an Angie's List deal for $1299 and he said he would email me an estimate of what the actual cost was later that day.  I had to call him to remind him.  After I got the estimate I didn't hear from him again so I called him back about 2 weeks later to see if I could schedule a date for painting.  He laughed and said he would have to come out first to give me an estimate.  This was when I was beginning to get annoyed with his attitude and lack of organization.  He doesn't seem to be able to handle the volume of traffic he gets from Angie's List.  I told him he had already come out to my house for the estimate and he had to look through his notes to find my house.  The deal was for 2 colors so I chose my colors and asked if he could paint my front door a different color.  He said that wouldn't be a problem and he didn't charge me for the third color so that was really nice.  We scheduled my house to be painted on June 11th and 12th.   He called me late on June 3rd and told me he had to reschedule me for the next day (June 4th).  I had already put in for the time off (June 12th) at work so I could be here when they painted my door.  He said that I didn't have to be here when they painted and they could come back on my day off to paint the door. 
This is the part where he lost a couple of grades.  When he gave me the estimate we agreed the house would be painted yellow and the pop outs ( trim and anything that stood out from the flat wall) would be painted white.  Since I was at work when they painted and didn't get home until after dark I really didn't get to see how the house looked until the next day. They did a beautiful job on the house.  It looked great from the front.  However, when I went around to the back I noticed they had painted the whole back of the house yellow.  When the painters came back to paint the front door I told them they needed to paint the pop out around the back window white.  I was told they would have to talk to Phil and maybe come back another day.  When I didn't hear back from anyone after a few days I called Phil.  He told me his painter told him that the area wasn't a 'pop out' and if they painted it they would charge me extra.  I asked Phil to come out and look at it himself and tell me what he calls it when the area surrounding the window pops out from the rest of the wall.

  He said he would get back to me which he never did and that was the end of it.  I would never reccommend Pro Quality or use them again.  I don't have the time or the patience for someone who doesn't treat me as a valued customer.

"I have used G&S in the past to paint the interior of my house.  And just like the first time, they did a great job with this second project.  We used them to stain a wood entertainment center we had built into our house.  They were prompt in coming in for the estimate and finished the job within hours.  Quality is great and their price was very reasonable.  We plan on using them to stain our kitchen cabinets in the near future.  We are highly satisfied with their work. "

"I contacted Miguel for the bid and he arrived prompt and professional. We discussed what I wanted and a detailed estimate was given. The job commenced a few days later as scheduals permitted. Two finishes were used, one for the walls and the other for the wood trim. Each day he and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. Miguel removed and replaced window coverings (blinds and custom valances). Everything that was not to be painted was covered and covers secured. I requested that he leave all the switch and electrical plates off so I could give them a good thorough cleaning before replacing them so as not to leave any smudges on the new paint. The job took 16 hours over two days and when he and his crew left they took all debris. I was also replacing the carpet and floors and had that scheduled a couple of days after the paint. So I could have been a little less concerned about over spray or spills (if any). The walk through went well with nothing unexpected. I feel very confident that if any negitive issues had come up Miguel and I would have worked well with each other to remedy the situation. I have numerous houses and will not hesitate to use the services of Miguel Gancedo Again. I will also have no problem recommending him."

"I would hire Victor again in a heartbeat. Nicely done and great attention to detail. The original work involved patching and painting a patio and painting intricate entryway gate and window grates, all of which he did perfectly. I was so pleased, I had Victor tackle some stone masonry on our patio pillars. Likewise, his work was perfect."

"The paint on my front door was badly faded from the desert sun, with paint chipped around the frame. The stucco in the decorative area around the frame had small chipped areas also. After creating a project on Angie's List and requesting bids, I got a prompt response from DK with a reasonable estimate. They showed up on time, did a color match, and began work promptly. They were very careful about properly masking everything, and did a great job of putting things back and cleaning up afterwards. They did a great job on the paint.
