"Stephan was great. My new flooring is gorgeous! He also warned me that when the flooring was installed my baseboards would be lower and I would need to paint or that I could install taller ones. He even assisted me on completing a flooring job left unfinished upstairs by another contractor. I did not have any big surprises or extra costs."

"We asked for hardwood and gave a vague description of what we would like and are absolutely pleased with the outcome. Our floors look amazing and couldnâ t have asked for a better overall experience"

"They set a date on start and finish of project. They were Awsome people to deal with and the design process was amazing. Quality of products and people are second to none."

"Falcon Flooring installed engineered hardwood throughout my home. Because of multiple past remodels, nothing was exactly square or level, but Joseph, the owner, and the two installers working with him, Andrew and Ambrose managed to mitigate imperfections and produce a beautiful result. They paid attention to every detail, indulged my perfectionism without making me feel bad about it, and worked 8-10 hour days, only taking a brief lunch break as far as I could tell. They were pleasant to have in my home, respectful of my space, and meticulous in their work. I’ll hire them again when I do the remaining two rooms."

"The wood flooring installer and his son did a good job, but now the carpet installer has to come and trim and secure the carpet where it joins the new floor. Tomorrow will be two days with the carpet rolled back into the living room waiting for the new installation! And in two days, we have the 24th and 25th family events that we may have to put off. In the meantime, I am becoming rather impatient!"

"Luis added some wood flooring to our already existing wood flooring. Everything he did was fantastic! Including the transitioning from room to room. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a highly skilled professional."

"Great! Excellent customer service and installation. Floors looks amazing"

"It went great better than I had hoped. They came in on time worked in very clean orderly manner."

"We hired Joe / Falcon Flooring to replace the carpet in our living room with engineered wood flooring. It was a challenge because we were attempting to match it with existing flooring in our dining room and entryway that is no longer being produced. We found a very close proximation and Joe helped us figure out the best way to join the two floors. He is a good communicator, reasonably priced, and committed to doing good work without shortcuts. I appreciated that when he had to make judgment calls he included me in the decision. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to work with. I would hire Joe / Falcon Flooring again and am very pleased with our new floor."
