He removed a pickup full of fill, graded, added top soil and reseeded and fertilized the area. As access to my back yard is limited, he wasn't able to use any power tools and did it all by hand with a shovel and a rake... very labor intensive!  Dan was very professional, personable and knowledgeable and we are already discussing a another project for next Spring.
