"First of all, Shane, the coordinator of it all, was amazing. He was concerned about my needs at all times both financially and the final look and checked in often to make sure all was going well. The crew were very kind and concerned as well. They all explained every step in detail and showed me the problem areas and how they could make it so much better, I don't think I ever experienced such a positive experience and I have had quite a bit done to my home in the recent past and I so wished I would have used them for my siding and windows as I did not have the best experience with the contractor I used a few years ago. The roof and gutters look wonderful! I would highly recommend them for all your needs from roofing and gutters to siding and windows. High quality products, people and follow through. I am just so impressed with them I want to tell everyone about Shane and his team!!!!!!!"

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"A guy came out the next day to perform an estimate after I contacted them. It was a pretty standard presentation and work-up. He made two claims that weren't quite accurate. The upstairs windows did not quite qualify for Energy Star certification in WI, although he claimed that they did. I could have paid an extra $20 each for ones that qualified, but this would have made little difference in actual performance. He didn't explain this at the time. He also charged me for custom vinyl interior trim work in the bathroom that I requested, acting like it was almost routine. When the team of three installers arrived, they were about an hour early . They worked very quickly. They did professional-looking work and were careful not to damage the house. They knew nothing about the Energy Star issue or the custom trim. They said they had never performed that kind of work before, but took the charge off of my bill and helped me remove the old wood trim, so I could complete the job myself. They said the estimator who misinformed me had recently been hired and already let go for such misconduct. A piece of trim fell off of the foundation exterior about an hour after they left. Since they had the owner contact me about the other issues, I mentioned it to him and he came out and inspected their work and had them return promptly to fix it and touch up a few other minor issues. He offered me a discount on future gutter work that I was interested in as a concession. My Window World experience was acceptable over-all. I avoided them for years due to their extremely deceptive advertising, but eventually contacted them based on personal recommendations from neighbors and co-workers. Their $189 windows are not suitable for heated areas, yet they pair that reference with Energy Star references on all of their advertising. Their pricing structure is pretty standard for custom replacement windows; there are no flat rates as they imply. <br />"

"The crew is extremely friendly and very qualified. Unlike a lot of other crews, these have been together for years. They are not just summer hires. Their workmanship is without compare. The only problem is that they are expensive but the boss told us that outright. We found out later we could have gotten a much cheaper roof installed but it would have also been a lower grade shingle. <br /> So I guess you get what you pay for. We had one slight problem initially with the roof and they responded and fixed it promptly. <br /> Overall, you can not beat them for quality and superior workmanship - it is the price that hurts. <br />"

"Received very good service from this company. Worked with Jim, who was great to work with, usually available by phone, or if not would call back promptly. He was the only 1 of the 4 contractors that I called who answered or returned calls consistently. He was right on time as promised to assess the job, and gave accurate information about the problem and proposed repair. Also, he was instrumental in getting warranty service from the manufacturer, which I had not even thought of pursuing. It took a few weeks to work out the warranty details and get the window in stock, but he kept me up to date several times on progress. The work was done in a professional fashion with disposal of the old window and no outside mess left behind. I thought the price was very fair. <br /> Also, I forgot to mention, when the old skylight started to leak, they were very quick to come out and get it temporarily caulked, which held for several months until the replacement was done. <br /> My only issue is, they did not call before arriving to do the installation, but just showed up one morning and got to work. Which is not a big deal except if I had known when they were coming I would have taken the interior sun shade off. As is turned out, some minor dust and debris accumulated on the sun shade which was a bit tricky to vacuum off. <br /> I am very happy with this job by Ledegar. Comparing with other contractors I have consulted or worked with, this interaction was one of the best.  <br />"
