At one point in the project there was a surprise cost DECREASE from one of his suppliers and he chose to share that information with me and let me save a couple of thousand dollars. I didn't go more than a few hours without a response whenever I had a question. If I ran into any issues with the sub-contractors, they were quick to jump right in and demand replacements / repairs. We also passed our initial and our final inspections with the city on our very first try both times. This is an easy 5 star review. Quick guessing and call them already!"
