"Our 21-year-old roof needed repairs due to wind and hail damage. We were approached by Stephanie Dapper for a free inspection. Stephanie was great at explaining the process of exactly what we would need to do and the process of involving our insurance company. The insurance company agreed with At Your Service Roofing's assessment, and we agreed to use At Your Service as our contractor. We apparently have a very large roof (upwards of 80 bundles) and they completed the process in two days. I was very impressed with the installation and quality of the Owens-Corning shingles(we upgraded here), underlayment requirements, valley flashing, ice guard, gutter leave guards, skylight replacement, ridge vents and other assorted roofing tasks. The workers(many of them) were meticulous and the end result looks perfect and the surrounding landscaping was preserved and protected and cleanup was pretty thorough. Foreman Donnie Sicurella was fantastic to work with throughout the process and really paid attention to the details of the project, working some of the finer points and checking back afterwards to see if there was anything they needed to follow-up on. At Your Service front office (Brent, Rachel, Tera - Thanks!) was also great in dealing with the insurance company and very flexible with scheduling the project. Over the last 21 years I have become pretty familiar with our roof being up on it for a number of reasons and now that I can stand back and look at their handiwork and as my wife said ...I am really actually pretty proud of the team we had work on it and the end result. Thanks to the excellent work this is very likely the last roof that I'll probably see on our house in my lifetime which is really a huge relief! God willing, I've got plenty of years left to test that!"

"Took almost 3 weeks to complete because of weather. The crew showed up several times during the fix, I was never bothered, as they preformed the work and left. When they were finished I received a phone call, and was told they would send me a bill after Karl inspected the finished product. Very pleased with the work ethic of all the men on this job. Everyone always deferred back to Karl, who I suspect, hires very qualified personnel."

"Our shingles were at the end of their 25 yr life. Roof was not leaking but wanted to avoid the chance. Big roof took 42 square of shingles. Complete tear off and replace/install in one day. No damage to landscape or house. Added ridge vents which we did not have at the time. Kept us up to date all day as they worked with pictures texted to our cell phones. Biggest plus was that John (estimator) worked with our insurance company and as a result we paid a fraction of the out of pocket costs. Overall a great job. Excellent communications. We checked with a couple of other roofers and their estimated costs were higher than Bone Dry. One other estimator didn't even get on the roof to look at its condition. These outfits also told us some things that were not quite correct after talking with Bone Dry. Neither offered to work with our insurance company. If you need work on your roof at least have Bone Dry give you an estimate."

"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."
