"They estimated 2 days but had it done in one. Three man crew, covered everything in plastic and cleaned up at the end. I found a few oversprays of the texture material but it comes off easy enough. The installers also showed up on time, were very professional and accomplished, and finished the project in one day. They were also very friendly and courteous. "<p>Steve met with me to get eyes on the yard and determine the scope of work.  I was in the middle of tearing out the old sprinkler system so we agreed on a date to begin work a few weeks in the future.  Steve showed up the weekend prior to the start date to do a little prep work in marking the site and softening the ground where the anchor would be installed.  On the agreed date Steve showed up with his Bobcat to start pulling out tree stumps and leveling the yard.  After the first day I requested a couple adjustments and he had the earthwork done the next day exactly as I had envisioned.  The next day he framed the area and poured the concrete.  Since he had to remove a metal gate to get access to the yard for the Bobcat, he returned a couple of days later to reinstall the gate and check that the concrete was curing properly.</p> <p>Throughout the job Steve was very prompt, friendly and thorough in communicating.  His prices were below the other quotes that I got and there were no surprises, the price agreed was exactly what I paid in the end.  I would highly recommend doing business with him.</p> <br />"

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Rudy Taylor is very pofessional and punctual. I had called Rudy through another review site(because of his excellent reviews) and he did the work the same evening. Rudy diagnosed the problem quickly that my valves were bad and too low in the groubd causing the sprinklers to drain back into the valve area so hr suggested making them above ground.Even though I gave him the wrong number he came to my house right on time. Rudy brought an assistant to speed up the work who is just ad experienced as rudy. The work took about 4 hours because of the amount if digging and piping that needed to be done. That dame day I had my sprinklers fixed and up and running. I am very happy with the completed job and plan to hire rudy again anytime I have sprinkler problems. <br />"
