"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Where do I begin. River Sun Solutions was amazing start to finish. Their employees are the hardest working individuals I have seen in a long time. The biggest thing for me was their communication, they said they will be there at a certain time they were there a few minutes early. They did not dilly dally one bit, there crew knocked out a 39 panel install, ran all the electrical in the attic, and setup storage batteries in the garage on what the news stated was the hottest day of the year at 118 degrees outside not to mention the temp in the attic. The attention to detail on their work was next level, I have never seen a company be this thorough. When the install was complete they double checked everything after working hours on hours, they went through everything checking the panels on the roof, the electrical panel, the batteries in the garage, cleaned up their mess and left it cleaner than they found it. The best part was the owner himself stopped by several times to check in."

"The promo was a good lure. We discovered however that unless we brought up that we had bought this Angie's package, we were charged full price without the upgrades and add-ons. I called the person originally contacted (Julie) when I discovered the oversight. Within a week, I received the $25 visa gift card which was one piece of the package. I don't know if the other pieces will be easily added on/credited or not. Haven't seen anything. The visa gift certificate however requires me to send the partner company $2.95 shipping and handling, with a trip to the bank to get it in money order or cashier's check....really? I'm guessing they're hoping most customers won't bother. 
So all in all, we like the product and the installer was awesome.  Loving the service.
The package through Angie's list however I'm still waiting on to see if we got the freebies we bought.
