"Everyone knows it is hard to find the time to clean your home the way you would like. While working full time, and having two dogs and a preschooler constantly messing it up, it becomes nearly impossible, but I say "nearly," because Spotless Finish Cleaning Services (Barbara) makes it happen! When I first moved into my home about a year ago, I had two others services come to clean. They were reputable companies with good reviews, but they just weren't able to do it in a way that made me feel good about paying someone to clean my home. I felt like I could manage to get it/keep it as clean as they could, even with the limited amount of time I have. Then, I contacted Spotless Finish and spoke with Evi. I told her about my concerns with the other services (minor, though they were), and she assured me that her team could do the job. She sent Barbara out, and I was so very pleased with the results after that first "deep clean" and every single time after that. She cleans everything from top to bottom. She works quickly, but takes the time needed to make everything "spotless" as the company name implies. I never have to ask her to do anything (like I did with other services.). She just does it right the first time - the way you would clean your own home, with attention to detail. I try to put things away before she comes so that she can get to the real cleaning, but when items are left out, she treats them with care, and often puts them aways more neatly than even I would have. The service is a little pricey, but only slightly more than I was paying the other services, and worth so much more. Evi has always been very responsive, and she has assisted with rescheduling on a few occasions. This service has always been very accommodating, and Evi follows up regularly to make sure that everything is going well. For as long as I can afford the small luxury of having someone clean my home, I plan to use Spotless Finish Cleaning Service, Inc. I cannot recommend this company highly enough."

"I've had them come every 3 weeks for a few years. The cleaning quality is excellent; they don't move everything to clean and over time I found they don't dust some shelves, tops of cabinets, and the top of the fridge, but the quality is much better than other companies I've used and I've been very happy with it. Friendly ladies who work hard. They broke the glass in one photo and just left it - I wish they'd left a note - but no major problems. The management is atrocious and the reason I'm looking elsewhere. Poor communication whether by phone, email , or text - often unresponsive and brusque. They are terribly disorganized. Email reminders of arrival time are often wrong - I'm not even sure they tell the team. A few times I asked, at least a week in advance, to change the schedule, and got no response without repeated methods of contact, and then almost always they called the day of the cleaning and say they'd forgotten the key and was someone around to let them in? Today was their normal cleaning day, they scheduled for 10:30, emailed me at 11:15 asking if someone was home to let them in (they have a key); then rescheduled for tomorrow. I'm done.Their billing has been accurate and that's about it."
