I've learned overtime to be wary of contractors, they don't always deliver, but this company does. I received a few quotes from companies before deciding on a contractor. The tipping point for me was meeting with A.J. (RPI Sales Consultant). He was highly energetic and exceptionally knowledgeable. He explained the do's and don'ts of roof repair, the experience and dedication of RPI and its staff. After our consult, I felt this was the company for me. The end result: They DELIVERED. The craftsmanship was was exceptional, John and his crew were on time each day of the project and worked the task to completion. Once compete, they cleaned up the work site well into the dark. John, stopped by the next day to conduct the follow up with me to ensure the job was done to my standard. I am very please with this company and its team of professionals. "The crew was on-site at exactly 7:30am every morning. A minor issue was that when they showed up the first day we hadn't been informed they were coming. Very satisfied with the quality of the roof and the time it took to finish(3 days); however, the final cleanup wasn't as thorough as it should have been. Still, we would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends. <br />"

".They showed when they said they would and cleaned everything up.  It looks good.  I think they provide their customers with thicker/stronger boards to sit on while in the shelter.  I also think the shelters should come at least 5.5 to 6 feet tall.  Most families have at least one family member or friend that is over 5 feet tall.  If we have to stay in it for a hour to several hours, we need to be able to stand up.  They were careful with the equipment and quick.  I recommend you look for any cracks in your garage around where they will be installing the shelter and driveway, so if you see any cracks once they are finished you can have them fix it.  I also recommend that you tell your neighbors that you will be having a shelter installed and ask if they can move their vehicles out of the street.  Ground Zero has a very long trailer they pull their equipment on and they need room to turn around on/in the street. <br />"

"The person providing us with an estimate was on time and very conscientious in helping us to select the type of gutters and the best color to match the townhouse's exterior. The office staff we dealt with were very pleasant and professional as well. The installers arrived on time, went over all of the details of the job with me before they began, performed the work quickly and left the work site immaculate. In a time when low quality and high prices has become the norm, it was a pleasant surprise to work with a organization which was professional and provided quality work for a fair price. We are very pleased with the Augusta branch of Crosby Roofing and Seamless Gutters and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to either family or friends.`"

"I liked the price, but they really need to work on being punctual. The project manager didn't show up on the date scheduled for replacing the roof so I had to call and reschedule it. For the minor repairs on the gutters, they took their time sending out a group of young men who didn't do a good job. Also, some shingles of the new roof were already warped up after some months. I called the company to get these fixed and to have the repairs on the gutters done, but this time they took even longer to have someone contact me. This person said he would get back with me soon, which was several months ago. I am still waiting and decided to write this review to see if the company would be more responsive."
