"The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."

"FIVE STARS! They are quick and professional. Unfortunately we had a "pet mishap" but my carpet was already very dirty before that. Jeannie Clean answered the phone quickly, scheduled my appointment for ASAP and was at my door basically the next day. My carpet has taken some thrashings over the years and now looks BRAND NEW. "Jose Chacon has done several small and bigger jobs for us. The biggest was building a stone walkway on a steep hill. They leveled the path, cut the stone, installed the stone and the edging. On time and on budget, and it has held up great over two years. He has also installed a wood hand railing and hot water heater and toilet, power-washed, and replaced rotting wood on a pergola. All very well done! "

I desperately needed my living room cleaned top to bottom and every furniture wiped down and moved to sweep and mop. My living room was the cleanest and looked amazing! "I hired Ang for a $250 deep clean based on his many 5-star reviews. Before even walking in, he said it would take 60–90 minutes. Red flag. After he left, I found ridiculous amounts of dust under furniture, around cords, on picture frames. Trash not taken out. Dishwasher still full—despite me specifically asking him to empty it. Mirrors and windows not wiped. Several areas still visibly untidy. I sent him photos and videos, but was met with defensiveness: “Missing a spot here and there does happen… vacuuming under surfaces isn’t standard unless asked… I don’t believe this constitutes a refund… I did vacuum the sofa cushions tho.” I’m kinda in disbelief, laughing out loud as I write this—and also insulted. I’ve lived in this apartment 11 years. Hired dozens of cleaners. I know what a deep clean looks like. This wasn’t even a standard clean. Ang’s not a pro—he’s a 20-something actor doing odd jobs. No shame! Truly. Just don’t charge pro rates for amateur work."
