"Claudio was very cordial and pleasant to work with. When I called him to describe the problem, he asked for a few photographs to confirm the problem that needs to be addressed. He gave me a ballpark estimate, came over to look at the heater and sent me the final estimate, which was very close to the first estimate. He came over the next day and installed a 40 gallon Bradford White water heater, replaced the water and gas connectors, installed new drainage pan, temperature and pressure release valves, and thermal expansion tank. The old plywood was replaced with a new board, and the whole recess cabinet area looks like new now. He did a very thorough and clean job, which is very much appreciated. He was straightforward and delivered on his promises. I will recommend Claudio without hesitation for plumbing jobs of these kind."

"O my god these plumbers are remarkable. They are a family business and they do not sub out there jobs. They also don't make you pay until the job is completed(imagine that). They were so honest and outstanding and I highly reccomend them. After having a estimate from somebody else I was really happy with how their services turned out. Jon came and gave me an estimate. Jon did a great job of finding a drainage pipe problem under my house and saved me so much trouble in the future. Four plumbers came to the job site and they executed the job like a well oiled machine. He even replaced part of a pipe and didn't charge extra for it, even though it wasn't in the contract. They did a great job taking care of my home and the work was completed in 1 day. It looked as if they were never even there. Plumbers have come and gone in my life , but these people are the best. Six years ago when I received a water bill for $1500, he replaced a leaking water main line from the meter to the front of of our house. The original copper line was too thin and ruptured after 5 years. Several years later, our ‘special needs’ son developed the bad habit of flushing baby wipes down the toilet. After cleaning out the line several times, Ean recommended we upgrade the sewer lines. The old(1958) galvanized pipes and clay sewer line had rough edges inside that catch the wipes and clog the lines. We replaced 110 feet of clay pipe and a couple hundred more feet of galvanized pipes with P.V.C. lines and haven’t had any issues since. He also upgraded our water heater when it failed. He’s our first call for all maintenance issues at our house. His network of contractors is excellent. We are eternally greatful to Ean for all his hard work. We estimate he has saved us more than $10K over the years. It’s good to know we have a seasoned veteran who can handle any issue. We recommend him to all our friends and family."

"Ziv was such a wonderful person to deal with during our remodeling project at our house. The remodeling project is much more the ‘above and beyond’ of what we hoped or imagined to get. Before we signed any document with Ziv, we asked him to finish the project in 6 weeks but in reality, he finished it in only 5! All the other people that were at the house each day besides Ziv, were excellent people that worked for Ziv for a very long time already.
