At the time of scheduling, however, the owner called and said we were out of the service area and the cost would be an additional $50 at time of service being performed. We scheduled the pick-up - they arrived early (called first to confirm time was ok), and removed all items. No issues with the team who performed the work. Did not expect the extra surcharge, especially since we entered our zip code at the time of paying for the service"
