"Crew of three arrived promptly. Team leader, Stephanie, introduced herself, and thoroughly explained in a very professional manner what to expect. They were here for about three hours, and got a lot accomplished in that time. About half way through their time at my house a Supervisor came by to introduce herself, and check on how things were progressing. They did a Tremendous job!!! As a team they were Extremely thorough---even doing a few little extras here and there, which I greatly appreciated. In fact, I was a little intimidated by using the self-cleaning option on my oven, and it hadn't been cleaned in Quite a While--but they put their elbow grease technique to work and the inside of the oven looks like new---And it was in bad shape! This was my first time contracting them to do this cleaning job, (mostly because my back was giving me issues), but I find that we can all use a little help now and then--no shame in that. If you're short on time, or not exactly a "cleaning goddess," treating yourself to letting someone else take this chore off your hands---and do a really great job---is well worth it! Because this was a Very Positive Experience, I will be contacting them again to come on some kind of a recurring basis. My understanding is that the work can be customized to fit your needs and schedule, and that Jennifer, (Owner) will work with you to best accommodate your needs. You Can sign up for a one-time cleaning--though this initially was a little on the pricey side--but I didn't mind so much since they did such a fabulous job, Or you can sign up for a weekly cleaning, or bi-weekly, as an option. As is true in most cases, the frequency of services purchased allows for more cost effective pricing. I might add that the crew was very personable, cleaned up after themselves, deposited any trash in my garage, and even organized/tidied up after themselves by making an effort to put things back where they belonged. Very positive experience---though I imagine that there can be differences in the experience depending on who you get, and their cleaning style. I was Very Fortunate to have Team Leader Stephanie, Veronica (?), and (forgive me I forget her name)----as they all worked very well together. Thank you Stephanie & Crew! --Janice"

"I recently moved to a neighborhood in Boston that AA does not service, which as a long-time, highly satisfied customer makes me very sad. So I figured it was time to finally post a review. After 9 years of using their service I can highly recommend AA as a wonderful company. Their 3-person team would arrive at my 2 bedroom condo every other week, and in 45 minutes or so clean it from one end to the other. They were always careful with my personal items and did a thorough cleaning job. Occasionally, if there was some area that needed extra attention I could point it out to them and they would put in the extra effort to take care of it. In the 9 years I never had a day that they did not show up for the cleaning, and when I needed to change the date from time to time (sometimes on short notice) AA would always work with me to find a backup day. So, if you are looking for a top-notch cleaning company, AA if a great choice!"

"I chose New England Cleaning LLC because of the straight A (excellent) reviews (except for the one B but Sandra later resolved the issue). Sandra (who owns the business) has 2 important attributes. Responsible communication and trustworthiness. Sandra responded on a timely basis each time and she / co-cleaners arrived on time. From my experience, Sandra was excellent with communicating if something did not take place on time or if she was unable to make an appt. She listens to what your needs are and will accommodate as much as possible. They do not peek into drawers or touch things that they shouldn't. The cleaners focus on their tasks at hand and do the best they can. Excellent work done for both deep-cleaning and monthly cleaning. Reasonable cost as well. I am now using them monthly. Thank you."
