"We are really happy with the finished product. Lindus might be a little more expensive, but with their guarantees and superior workmanship, it was worth it and we are very satisfied. Starting with the Sales Rep, Jordan Maxon, and with each crew as they performed the work, we found everyone to be professional, friendly and easy to work with. Each crew cleaned up thoroughly. The siding was the most expensive, but they did a meticulous job. They wrapped around all the windows and doors so their will never be any maintenance like painting for us to do. "Went in to have the AWD fixed and the car checked in general.  They recommended a new serpentine belt and breaks.  We did both.  The belt was wrong and squeeled whenever we turned.  Went back, they said it wasn't bad so drive it some more.  Squeel got worse so we brought it back.  They changed the belt the the car has never driven the same since.  On the breaks.  They replaced them quickly but we sound like a city bus whenever we use them, squeeking every time.  Overall the quality and attention to detail is lacking.  I would not recommend them if you want quality work. <br />"

"The footprint of the roof, including the overhang is about 2200 ft ^2. There was a window well cover damaged during the roof removal process. This was underneath the drop tarp placed around the entire house and garage. Someone may have walked on it without realizing it was there. This was old and I am planning on replacing it. The contractor provided the plywood at no cost to me and he did leave some OSI caulk with me in case I find anything that needs to be patched. I have not found anything as of now. The remote irrigation system water sensor attached to the old gutter disappeared. The contractor did order a new one and will personally install it. <br /> The roof replacement was completed in one day. The rest of the job took a little longer. The project did fall behind by one day  day because of rain. <br /> A final inspection was conducted by both myself and the contractor. Aside from the little things that occured (I'm patient,) I found <br /> that one of the 3 exterior doors needs to have trim placed on the jam. The contractor will install this when the senor arrives. The cleanup job was well done; The crew even ran magnets over the grass and driveway to pickup any nails. I was even able to place of the trash from what I removed around the house - including old roof shingles inside of the garage - inside of the dumpster. <br /> All in all, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I do trust that Everlasting Exteriors will stand behind their craftsmanship and will fix anything that I may find wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend Everlasting as a roofing contractor. <br />"

"Wouldn't you know it, a snow/ice storm occurred overnight and the morning the technician was scheduled! His commute was hours longer, but he made it and videoed sewer lines at 6 residences, The technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was willing to answer any questions and all were well satisfied with his services. He was unable to make copies of the videos when he was here, but another person with the company e-mailed the videos soon after."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "Curt provided a reasonable price for removing and replacing two support posts on my front porch.  The posts had pulled away from the roof on the top as they were sinking at the bottom.  He was the only one of the bidders that verified that the bottom posts were rotting.  The others just speculated that the posts were rotting.  He also had prior experience replacing and repairing support posts like these in addition to deck building experience.  Curt replaced the rotting cedar posts with more durable treated wood. The work was done in a timely manner. I am pleased with the results and would recommend Curt and SilverSaw to others. "
