He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. Arriving early the next morning, they immediately had three windows out in our front room, and seven hours later were completely cleaned up, with every piece of exterior trim custom cut, installed and perfectly caulked. "They showed up a 7:00 AM and left at 7:00 PM at night (October dawn to dusk work) and worked for two and 1/2 days. Replaced a few boards. They were polite, respectful, professional and clean up was outstanding-never found a nail afterwards. The supervisor showed up each day to check on progress and was friendly and helpful. They were a bit on the expensive side but we have a new roof with no leaks. They also did a friends's roof later, and he had the same excellent experience."

"The installer showed up on time and started work right away.  The installer was polite and professional and understood his work very well.  After discussing the doors and window that should be linked to the alarm, he provided advice on where the key pad should be located.  The installer also set up and explained the system to me as well.  
I docked quality, slightly, on account of the original placement of the pin pad.  The installer put it in a spot that prevented a door in my living room from fully opening.  I pointed this out to him, and the installer was kind enough to move it about 6 inches to fix the problem.  Moving left some extra drill holes in my living room wall, but that's fine as we're repainting soon.
