"Before the job was sold the sales team headed by Mike Hawkins were very professional, courteous but right after the signed contact job was delayed due to their internal department mixup. I was not communicated of any delay and had to call numerous people to get the response. During the whole process they worked with my insurance company and finished the work on time and the roof looked great. Right after job was completed I noticed my porch gutter leaking at the joint. It was a new leak which I thought would be the result of shingles being thrown while install. After sending video of the leak to the sales, install and customer service I didn’t get any response then finally I complained to their General Manger Grant and he came to inspect the leaking gutter and said the age of the gutter may be the cause of the leak but he will get it caulked. It has been more than a week, email and text message to their General Manager Grant has still not fixed the leaking gutter. Roof replacement was a good job but if there is any problem later on with their work I will not depend on their warranty commitment. I will not recommend them to others for their after sales service commitment."

"My husband met with Gary (I was at work) and he provided my husband with a folder full of glossy pictures. I had Universal Roofing do some work for me in the past (roof and gutters) when I was living in another house and was anticipating hiring them again to roof my new house. However, when we received the estimate, which was very detailed, it was much higher in price than we were anticipating paying to roof our house and chose the other company. Universal is a good roofing company, but just a little on the expensive side."

Now I'm glad I waited till I found somebody as reliable as Jackson Contracting to do the work.  Jackson Contracting walked me through the process with my insurance company, came to my house when the insurance adjuster came to look at my roof and overall made the process so much easier than I ever could have imaged.  They worked with my insurance company and were able to increase my claim to be enough to not only cover the roof but also the gutters and all I had to pay was my deductible.  Once the insurance company bought the job, Jackson Contracting was speedy on getting the work going, professional while on the job and they answered all my questions with patience. <br /> Overall, I love my new roof and gutters. "Don was great to work with.  He always returned calls promptly and was always professional. They completed the main roof job in one day and did a great job.  There were a few minor issues with some raised shingles and the gutters , but when I called Don, he had someone here right away to correct the problems.  Don even came back after all the work was completed to replace a couple pieces of siding for us, just for the trouble of us having to call about minor shingle issues. We could not have been happier with the quality of the work, and the great customer service.  <br />"

Not only were they very fast to respond to our initial contact with a temporary repair, but then they worked with the insurance company who initially wasn't going to cover our roof to get it fully covered (minus our deductible of course). They were very professional through the whole process and were great at answering our questions. The day of the replacement, it was really great to get photo updates of the progress during the day.
