"We found Sun Viking on Angie’s List as a highly recommended company. They were hired to edge and border our landscaping, create two large planter boxes, redo our front walkway and create a side landscaped area with tress. All I have to say is phenomenal job. Not only was everything completed beyond my expectations but Derek, the owner, and David were highly professional and courteous. They were able to save the original stones from the walkway and reuse them, keeping the old charm to our house. David even used the left-over stones to fill in a hole my dog did and made him a little patio. I don’t know about the other companies, because they never called me back, but I think Sun Viking is the best. We are thinking of a backyard patio in the future and I will no doubt hire them to complete. I am told that is there specialty. Great work and thanks."

"Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."

"Steve (owner) was the gentlemen that took my initial phone call and was very polite and professional. He came out within a couple of hours after my initial call. As promised he called me the same night with the cost of the job. I hired him and he came out first thing the next morning to do the job. He was quite prompt on all his promised times to meet and do the job. He came out first thing the next morning because he knew I needed the work completed ASAP so I could have the pool opened and rain was expected later in the week. The worker who came out with Steve to help with the job was also very courteous. The price for the work completed was reasonable. "Two workers showed up and did 3.5 hours of work as on the special.  Mostly, they just had time to blow all the leaves out of the backyard.  We live in a very wooded area, so it was a lot.  they had and plan and worked it.  They did not have much time for the front and no time for the pruning, but the deal was about  the time, so no harm, no foul.  I would consider using them again if a decent special or coupon was available.

"Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.
