"Had stormdamage,called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss.Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters,couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed. He even recommended moving one downspout to redirect water away from the house as well as installed an additional small downspout to move water from the upper roof to the lower roof.
