"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"From the initial consultation to the completion of the job we were pleased with Bruce's professionalism and work ethic. We spoke with NUMEROUS contractors and big box stores to determine what route we were going to take on new windows. We ended up narrowing it down to Marvin windows due to consumer reviews which lead us to Bruce. It took a couple of months to order the windows (which was explained to us up front). He let us know a couple of weeks ahead of time when he would be out to install the windows. He would show up on time daily - many times staying late to complete the work. He does all the work himself so there is no worry of a bunch of people running around the house. At the end of every work day, he left the house cleaner than it was when he began. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and strives for perfection. We have hired a number of contractors throughout the course of the past couple of years - very few of them would be every hire back or reccommend to anyone. He is an exception other contractors could learn a thing or two from him! When we are ready to replace the remaining windows in our house we know to call Bruce."
