"I think this is a great company and we plan to continue our service contract with them.  The repair work was done as scheduled without any problems or surprise costs. <br /> I discovered the charge for their services was $50 more than they quoted.  I called them and they already had a check they planned to drop off when they made a special return visit to install the filter in our humidifier.  The extra visit was required because they forgot to install it when they replaced the heat exchanger.  They did not charge anything for the extra trip. <br /> I have personally talked with a few of the staff and all of them are friendly and courteous. <br /> I would definitely recommend them! <br />"
