" We were having issues with our roof. When we contacted our insurance company, the adjuster recommended it be repaired. We went through our insurance company several times and each time received a check to have it "repaired." Basically, our roof was patched. Being that the recent repair, which was to replace 33 square feet of shingles in the front of the house and paint the damaged area in the formal living room, we decided to get the entire roof replaced. Our neighbor had her roof replaced by Mr. Ray Bullock and was very pleased with the service and follow-up. After talking with other roofers and getting estimates, we decided to do business with Mr. Bullock. After meeting with him, we were very pleased with his professionalism , customer service (very friendly & enjoy what he does), presentation (styles of roof to select from), prices, and the warranty. One company quoted us a lower price but we felt Ray Bullock's gave us more for our money, therefore paying more was definitely worth it! His crew arrived on time as promised and completed the work on time as promised. The crew was very professional and respectable. They worked through the day until the job was completed. Mr. Bullock and a few workers came back the 3rd day and made sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. During replacing our roof, a family member was ill. He continually asked about our family member, which showed us he is a man of compassion. He and his wife reminded us of the power of prayer. We were able to talk about something other than the roof. We would definitely recommend Ray Bullock Roofing to our family and friends. Talk to Mr. Bullock and you will find he is a  people person and not only about roofing and making money. "The provider was very impersonal. Did not reply to request for quotes. Did not do the work when requested. Cannot confirm that the entire gutter system was cleaned until weather gets better and I am able to climb a ladder. Some of the down spouts are draining and some are not which leads me to believe that the down spouts were not cleared and i expected this to be a part of the gutter cleaning. Did not get a condition report for my gutters with recommendations. Very disappointed in this contractor.

UPDATE: Contractor contacted me and explained that he was not offering the   $99.00 special any longer and said that he was trying to get Angie's List to remove this special for their listings. He was having a difficult time in getting Angie's List to comply. Anyway he told me he would reimburse me my $99.00 and he sent me a check. I changed my ratings that I had originally given the contractor. He made everything for me right. I really appreciate this. I still marked him down on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism because of the delay it took for him to respond to my concerns. The Professionalism was marked down because of the first two."
