Jeff removed our old patio of worn out pavers and designed and installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio, including a custom in-ground reinforced pad for a swim spa we had ordered. We loved his work so much we had him replace a walkway on the side of our house with a stamped concrete path as well while he had all his equipment on-site. We've never had a contractor who was better with communication than Jeff. He always let us know exactly what was happening on each day, when he would be here, and what to expect next. Jeff pays great attention to the details and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We can't recommend him highly enough."

"The crew dug out/removed 15 feet of the driveway in front of the garage door that was bad. They filled the dug out area with stone/gravel and compacted it. They removed all the overgrown grass on the sides of the driveway. The repaving went quick. The driveway looks great with no low spots anymore."

"Mr. Sipe came over in the summer of 2016 and gave me an estimate. I couldn't hire then due to other projects being done. I called in June 2017 and scheduled it for July 2017. The quoted price was the same. The two workmen showed up as scheduled and went right to work. They worked a good two hours and did a great job. I even told them they were Blacktop Sealing Artists. "I purchased a ranch home with a finished basement in 2012 in Chester County. The sellers lied on the seller’s disclosure form and stated that the basement did not get any water. The first heavy rainstorm that we had left behind 2 inches of water in the entire basement. I had another basement waterproofing company come in to give me an estimate… naturally, after getting that estimate, I called a second company to compare, this time I called Access Basement Systems. Michael came out and was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. His estimate came in quite a bit lower than the other company, and I just felt that he was the right person to use. Fortunately, I won my lawsuit, and was reimbursed by the seller for all damages, including the costs to repair the water problem. In 2016, I sold my ranch and purchased a new home. This time, I knew that the house we were purchasing had a problem with water in the basement. We got a good deal on it, so it was worth purchasing the home and repairing the problem. Since I had such a good experience using Access Basement Systems the last time, I hired him to repair the problem in my new house. This time, they also do finishing work (since our basement is currently finished). Super convenient that they can come in, tear the walls down, put in the waterproofing system, and refinish my basement in just a couple of weeks time. I refer Access Basement Systems to all of my friends and family who have a basement water problem. You will not be dissatisfied if you use them."

"I have a 30 year old driveway that has seen better days. It’s not in my budget to have it replaced, so I wanted to find a company that would use hot tar to seal the cracks and then apply a brush-on sealer. I contacted several companies that would not do both of these procedures, and if they did, the price would almost double. I found RDS’s website and requested a quote via e-mail. They promptly got back to me and scheduled a date to come and do a free estimate. The gentleman that did the estimate was willing to hear me out on what I wanted to get done, and took it all into account. The crews that came to do the repairs explained everything, were very quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Long story short, RDS did what I wanted, when I wanted, and for a terrific price! The driveway looks just like I wanted, and it will hopefully last until I can get it replaced."
