"We cannot even begin to express how WONDERFUL Charles was! First of all, we contacted him at the very last minute, the day before the wedding. We had planned for Beanie to be taken back to the Hilton by family and placed in his kennel for the evening to stay by himself, as he has done in the past. However, when we left him alone Thursday night, he barked non-stop for four hours! We then recognized we had a huge problem during the wedding and scurried to come up with a solution. Coming from Phoenix and not knowing any local service providers, we did an Internet search and luckily happened upon Charles and Healthy Paws Pet Specialists. Charles drove to L'Auberge and met us in the lobby after the wedding ceremony to pick up Beanie and his belongings. On top of that he took Beanie to a nearby park to exercise and play before driving to the Del Mar Hilton and checking in with him. Charles is extraordinary! Beanie loved him, and it was obvious Charles has a thorough understanding of dogs and a deep connection with them. He is professional and dependable and did exactly as he promised. Charles is warm and personable. At $55 for six hours of care plus driving and picking him up, his prices are extraordinarily low. Charles is also extremely knowledgeable. He recognized that Beanie was a little too thin and politely told us so and then followed-up with emailing us a chart showing the proper weight for a dog his size. If there was an "A+" category in the review options, I would without hesitation give Healthy Paws Pet Specialists an A+ in every category! "The quote ended up being a few hundred more because we added more feet (about 20) to the original quote to cover-up my neighbors unattractive fence line. David did the majority of the fine touch work on his own, provided us with his metal artwork for us as a family to paint and place on the fence, and his team of one to three guys really worked fast once they got the wholes dug. I have many people that come by in amazement with such a heavy gate being held up without a wheel, but I show them how it is structurally supported by an inside steel gate that David designed and installed. The look is seamless and we could not be happier. "They are really fabulous! They have done all the fencing in my neighborhood. They completed my rail in about 2 weeks and that included making, galvanizing, and painting it. They aren't the cheapest, but they were recommended to me and I know with iron you have to be careful. I feel the price was reasonable. No issues with them at all."

"Thrilled with service and product. I wanted to be able to open a downstairs' patio door and window to have air flow and yet feel safe, even sleeping with them open, but I didn't want ugly bars. After a lot of research, I went with Majestec's screens. Their service (returning calls, showing up to discuss, explanations of the product) was best from the two other companies I consulted. Price... they were the same as one and a tiny bit less than another. There is a wait for the product to be manufactured, but well worth it to me. Installation was smooth and fast. Jason and his assistant were very courteous. The product? Very nice - clean and simple looking. Locks seem as strong as as locks can get. I was afraid the screens would be too darkening, but truly, only if you're right on top of it do you see a difference from a regular screen. A foot or two away, and you can't tell the difference. The frames are a little larger than our windows, but aesthetically, still pleasing. I'll take these little differences for safer windows over bars any day."

I decided to go with his company, he had one of the better prices also. The crew showed up on time with Ron, he explained how everything was to go to them, bright and early, at 7am. Replacing my fence, involves 3 neighbors fences also, Ron went with me to meet all 3 neighbors in advance and explained to them it was 2 day process and answered any questions and worked out any final details with them. So my fence looks amazing, I have a rolling double gate, and it now opens 8 foot, and the project went off flawless. Shields Fence Co. has very professional guys that work for him, I never heard one bad word from them in 2 days..... They clean up after themselves, and any little things that come up, they handled, I had to move a sprinkler and cap it, it was in the way of the new fence and Ron did it for me, wow, amazing. I was recommended this company by my back neighbors who had 4 homes done by Shields fence last summer, one street over, there fences still look Great! I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
