After a couple weeks of failed attempts to obtain an estimate from Mario I was in touch with Edith, the company sales manager. From then on the communication and process went smoothly. In addition to repairing the broken tiles, our solar panels were cleaned along with painting the pipe flashings. Because everything looked so clean we decided to have Protecta power wash our driveway and side walkways, which are also cleaned with the organic algae solution. The work done was outstanding!"

After inspecting the roof and chimney flashing Tony told me my roof was actually very well done and in good shape, and that in his opinion the source for water leaking into my home was due to a rusted out chimney case cover and termination cap (I got those items replaced as suggested and my problem was solved). I had actually called two companies to get an analysis and quotes to fix the problem. The other company told that my relatively new roof should be ripped up and replaced in that area of the roof.
