"Rocco and team completely renovated our backyard, replacing a couple of old, cracked, concrete slabs and some dirt/grass with a paver patio, seating walls, artificial turf, a pergola, and spotlights. The only issue we had was discovered after the project had been complete for a few months, when the rains returned. The drainage outlet was too close in elevation to the patio drains, and water was pooling on the patio. A quick call with Rocco got that fixed quickly. "I hired Designed Pavers in September 2023 for a 17,000 sq foot paver project in my backyard in downtown Los Gatos. Three men worked full time for about 4 weeks. The manager, Oladia, communicated clearly throughout and was very responsive to my questions. I was so happy with the project that I extended the pavers into my side yard as well. After 6 months and a lot of rain, it looks great, no settling or any other problems. Everyone seems to buy the pavers from the same large distributor, so the real difference is in the skill of the workmen, especially preparing the base and fitting everything in along the edges so it looks neat and clean.
