"When I hired them originally, they were very punctual and great house cleaners. Today was the second time scheduled at 9AM. At 10:00 am I called to see if they were coming. Simon said they would be coming at 12Noon. I called at 1:40 and he informed me they would not be coming and tried to contact me. He did not call. I have a serious tooth ache and had to cancel my dentist appt. Very, very unprofessional."

"The speedy clean staff arrived ready for work.The coupon I purchased was for 4 hours of cleaning but really it was for 2 people for 2 hours.  During the walk thru it was determined that some of my wants may be difficult to complete, especially the cobwebs in my cathedral windows. However speedy clean's staff set upon their tasks with efficiancy and professionalism. At the end of their time all my wants and more were completed. I was very pleased with their work and would hire Speedy Clean again. I would rate them an A+.

"This is an update from a previous review. JJ's cleaning has a new partner, and the cleaning is better than ever! Even more thorough, even more friendly, even more willing to help with specific requests. For small special tasks they charge nothing extra, and for big bigger ones (like refrigerator cleaning) only a small extra fee. I am very impressed with them and count myself lucky to have their help with cleaning our house."

"One thing that I didn't realize is that I had a putrid sofa and chair and asked them to vacuum that.  Even though it's not part of their services, they did clean that and that was very nice.  They were prompt and there's a time that they were here and they did a good job. "

"Overall, it really depended on who came to clean.  Some were much better than others, and the good ones I found were very difficult to rebook.  I found one cleaner I really liked who was always punctual, fast and extremely thorough.  But she was rarely available so I finally gave up.  Most other cleaners were mediocre at best.  
One time there was a miscommunication and the cleaners were no-shows.  Once I contacted them, the company quickly got people out here to do the job even though they have been at another place all day.  Very responsive in that situation, and one of the girls that arrived did a very good job. 
The fact that I could never get the same GOOD cleaner on a regular basis is why I quit them in the end.  Their customer service is excellent, but the inconsistency in their cleaners (some were super slow and not very thorough) was too frustrating for me to continue using their service.

"The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.
