"Johnny and Oscar did a great job squared an arched doorway, cased in a window among other small things. Very professional and considerate of me. I will definitely be hiring him for my next project."

"We decided to remodel our outdated bathroom, and McCormick Home Builders was a fantastic choice. Khaled and the team delivered high-quality work within the timeline and our budget. Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was beautifully done. They communicated well throughout, keeping us informed at every step, and the end result was truly a spa-like bathroom we can enjoy daily. We’d love to work with them again!"

"They did a great job with quick timing and excellent service. They went above and beyond in repairing our screen and door handle. Would definitely recommend or hire again."

"Technician trouble shot and took a while to discover the issue and figure out a solution. But happily, he was able to fix it. Professional, nice guy. No complaints. I didnt think it would take so long to fix (which used up my 2 hours of electrical work coupon plus some), but other than that, it was all good.

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"I had a slab leak in my home which caused damage to my living room, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen and dining room walls and floors. Mike handled my restoration from the beginning communicating all my options, my best options, and options for improvements along the way. He was able to reply me my house, fix all walls and match existing texture which was hugely important to me. My home is now restored. The end result is no more under slab plumbing, no more TV cables visible hanging on the wall, completely different and professional interior paint job. He built a soffit and installed lighting in it to hide the new plumbing. Mike added insulation inside to insure water would not be heard running. Mike really pays attention to detail and communicates effectively. I’m very happy with his work. The soffit added character to the living room and looks amazing, it’s all square. Mike also replanned my 1/2 bathroom so I would have any sink/vanity combination available to me when my wife and I went looking for a new set. I’d highly recommend Cal Pacific for any project."

"Pete was very good fixing the problem. The pull chain broke off inside the unit. I took it apart and tried to fix it myself, but was not able to get to the unit with the chain....so much for being a home mechanic! Pete made one short stop here to get the unit apart. He didn't have a replacement part with him, and to save time I went to Fan Diego store for the replacement, and he installed it on another visit a few days later. Problem solved. He is very friendly and worked well. I am having him back soon to repair another ceiling fan that has quit working.

"The job and relationship could not have been better. From the proposal presentation through the execution of the work to the finish, Ygal Sadock was a pleasure to know and to work with. Not the cheapest price or the lowest but fair for the quality deliverd. He used the high rated paint I requested."

The representative arrived promptly, actually a little before I got home.  However, they parked in the middle of my driveway and I had to park down the street.  The representative was very difficult to understand and communicate with.  I had hoped they would assist with a toilet handle that had gotten stuck in the past and caused overflow and flooding.  He was able to stop leaking in two of our toilets.  When asked about the sticking handle, I was told it worked fine.  (It doesn't and has stuck multiple times since).

I took the time to make sure the bathrooms were clean before the representative arrived.  When asked to check the work, I found both bathrooms to have black smudges on the toilet, floors and countertops.  Additionally, I found similar substances on my front door.  Before repairs were made, I was advised of the cost.  At the time when I signing off on the finished work, I was informed of an additional $19.99 fuel surcharge.  This should have been disclosed up front either in the advertisement for services or when agreeing to the cost of repairs.  Overall, not worth it - most likely could have went to a local home repair store and did the work myself.
