"I contacted 5 roofers including Above The Rest Roofing. They all told me I had a pitch of less than a 2 on 12 and had no choice but a flat roof application for my roof. Kelly at Above The Rest roofing told me I could have any roof I want because her technician who came to measure my roof reported back to Kelly that it was a 2 on 12 pitch. I told her I was confused as to why she was the only roofer who measured a 2 on 12. She then came to my house personally to measure and she said I definitely have a 2 on 12 pitch. I was so confused as to why all 4 other roofers disagreed with her. Kelly then sent another person in the area that she has trust in and he reported back that I had a 2 on 12 pitch. I was so confused because the other 4 roofers told me 2 on 12 pitch. Two of those roofers have been in business for more than 35 years. Finally Kelly wrote a letter and made some calls to the Miami Dade County Building and Compliance Dept. explaining the situation and they sent an inspector from the Trade Inspectors Section out to my house to measure my roof. I was here when he measured and I was thrilled beyond belief when after he measured the pitch on my roof he looked at me and said "you have a 2 on 12 pitch roof. You can put any roof application on that you desire." Kelly had the confidence in her knowledge of roofing to be tenacious and not give up on my project. She knew I was very confused and found a solution to the problem which gave me the reassurance I needed to trust in her and commit to signing on with her to do my new roof. I am so happy. You can not imagine how confused I was. I have signed a contract with Above The Rest Roofing to install insulation and a beautiful new grey tile roof sometime in the next month as I travel for business and want to be here when the work is taking place. Kelly always returns my calls and everyone who has come to the house or I deal with on the phone has been polite, well informed, helpful and punctual. I highly recommend Above the Rest Roofing. I will fill out another Experience Report when the job is complete and the roof has been installed."

"I had 25 LG solar panels installed by Sunpro this year and they did a fantastic job. The communication was great and the install crew was very professional. It's been awesome watching our electric bill go down!"

"They were unable to perform the work but were very nice and gave me the information I needed to ultimately get it scheduled"

"I called and got a quote over the phone. Appointment set for 4 days later. Technician was, prompt and thoroughly cleaned the roof. He covered all the bushes and cleaned up when he was finished. Roof looks new again!"

"Did a very good job."

"It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). I believe we were one of his earlier clients to do an impact glass window project this large. The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."

"Roof looks great! Had many complements from neighbors and my wife and I are very happy to have it done in about 2 weeks time. This is the 3rd roof that Sun Chaser has done for us. Nic and his father Dave are good guys to deal with. Being a small company they are on the job daily. I use to have my roofing done by one of the large local companies but after Wilma I found out that did not value you as a customer. Nic and Dave came out got the repairs made and I have been using them ever since. Highly recommend.
