"On May 21, 2024 I hired 360 Painting of Syracuse NY to paint my 6 family house located at 329 Macarthur Parkway, Oneida NY 13421. I have a signed contract with this company to do a complete paint at a total cost including tax of $17,711.00. Everything seemed great with a nice conversation on the phone with the owner of the company, On May 21, 2024 I hired 360 Painting of Syracuse NY to paint my 6 family house located at 329 Macarthur Parkway, Oneida NY 13421. I have a signed contract with this company to do a complete paint at a total cost including tax of $17,711.00. Everything seemed great with a nice conversation on the phone with the owner of the company Ian Webber. He told me he was busy but could probably do it sometime in mid July 2024. This was fine with me. In July he gave me a 1 day notice by text only, NO call. I told him from the start to please call me only. I do not text. I am a 100 percent disabled retired Air Force Major. It says right on my voice mail. Phone calls only please, no texts. I therefore missed this 1 day notice apointment. In September I received another text from Ians son for some reason. I called him and told him to please please only call me and I have been waiting for them to tell me when they could start painting. That was it, never heard from Ian or anyone ever again. Very, very disapointing. When your paying a company almost $18,000 to paint your property and are waiting patiently 6 months for the project to start and they cannot even give you the courtesy of a phone call. I have a new drum studio at the newly renovated (and relocated) Subcat Music Studios 219 S West St, Syracuse, NY (Armory Square). I focus on Reading, coordination, timing, technique, improvisation, click track etc. in a variety of styles from drum corps and concert band to Latin, Jazz, Funk, Rock, Metal and more. Students will have the opportunity to develop the skills to actually record in a multi-track studio environment equipped with Protools, live microphones, acoustic drums, electronic drums, percussion with virtually endless editing and mixing possibilities. Credentials: I am the drummer for national recording artists Brand New Sin. We just returned home from a national tour that spanned from New York to North Dakota, South Dakota to Florida, and Georgia to Delaware (Feb. 2011). We've had several national tours overs the past 8 years, 3 record labels, 4 CDs, endless road stories and much experience. I have an A.A.S. degree in Music Education and I've been teaching for over 10 years.

Finish with two coats of high-quality exterior paint using a roller or, better yet, an airless sprayer for even coverage. Skip brushes on broad stucco walls; they’re slow and leave streaks.
Fresh paint seals hairline cracks, boosts UV resistance, and gives curb appeal an instant lift—often a plus when it’s time to sell. The trade-offs? Stucco requires a full cure before painting; the job is labor-intensive, and the wrong coating can trap moisture. Budget accordingly and use paint specifically designed for masonry to avoid peeling later.
When estimating the amount of paint you’ll need for a stucco house, plan on double the paint you’d use for smooth siding. A gallon that covers 400 square feet of flat wall often coats only about 200 square feet of textured stucco, so a 2,000-square-foot exterior may need 10 to 15 gallons.
Painting your stucco wall is a proven alternative to the expense and disruption of re-stuccoing the entire exterior. It refreshes the appearance and protects the surface without the investment of new material. Using high-quality, weather-resistant paint and following correct preparation procedures prevents moisture retention and ensures long-lasting performance. This method offers an efficient means to update your home while maintaining durability.
Rollers work, but an airless sprayer is the gold standard for full exteriors—it gets paint deep into the texture and speeds up the job. Reserve brushes for tight trim only. Whichever tool your exterior painting pro chooses, they’ll keep a wet edge and apply two thin coats for the longest-lasting finish.
