"We had some landscaping work to be done, and everything started out great. He said he would provide everything in writing, which he never did. We made the mistake of paying in full before the job was complete. Once payment was made we would have to call him to find out when he planned on completing the job. A date would be provided, and then he would not show up. We?d have to call again, and again, and he finally showed up to do more work. There was one thing left for him to do, and again we?d call. This time he did not even bother to return our calls. Beware if you decide to hire."

"Secure seal did my driveway 3 years ago and I loved their work, so I called them again when it needed resealing. His original seal pretty much lasted the 3 yrs with some greying and of course oil spots. They trim all the edges and blow off all the debris, they coat over any oil or other spots with a degreaser before sealing. He lays down a nice thick coat of tar and doesn't get any splashes up on the edges of the porch and house that butt up against the driveway. Would recommend him and his crew of one any day. I will call him again in a couple years when it needs a new coating. Always keep his number on the side of my frig."

The crew was professional and fast: they planted trees, shrubs, and flowers, built various rock features, mulched all the new plantings, and seeded bare patches in the lawn--all in one day. Jim gave us directions for care and watering, a moisture meter, fertilizer, and extra grass seed. It has now been three years since the work was done, and all the plants are thriving (except for one of the red twig dogwoods, which the deer have eaten). We had to water assiduously for an <br /> entire year because the weather was so dry, and even the second year during dry spells, but with all the moisture this year, all of our plants simply exploded in growth. Our front and side yard look full and lush and the curb appeal of our house has vastly improved. The work was expensive, but we are extremely happy with the results. <br />"

"KC Curb Appeal did a great job. After contacting them with my request for a quote, Kevin got right back to me. He came over to the house and looked at what I wanted done. He said they could do the work in 2-3 weeks, depending on the weather. He got back to me via email in about 2 weeks and set up an appointment for the following Monday (6/1/2020). He and his crew arrived on time and applied 9 cubic yards of mulch to my landscaping. They did a great job -- the mulch was evenly laid down, they did a very neat job and cleaned up before they left. It took a crew of 4 about 2 hours. The total cost for the mulch, delivery and labor was $826.20. I will definitely be using them again."

I had called another company several weeks prior, but that company had failed to provide an estimate within a two-week period and eventually, after being contacted again, had stated that they were not equipped to do the job. My experience with Michael Grimm was completely different beginning with my initial phone conversation with the receptionist. An estimate, as promised during that call, was sent to my email address two days later.
