"Brian did a great job on remodeling my mothers home. We had her home outfitted so she could live on the main floor. I live out of state and he made the process so easy for us. He had good recommendations for products. Installed main floor laundry, remolded a gutted bathroom, made it handicap accessible, installed new kitchen countertops and doors, updated the fuse box and sooooo much more. He and his team are very clean and neat and were very considerate of my elderly mother. They called her mom and she loved that. I would definitely hire Brian and his team again"

To start, they took the bull by the horns and managed the entire project.  Including managing the pool, which was installed by Liverpool Pool & Spa(LPS).  They worked with LPS to set up start and finish dates, the install itself, the exact position, size, layout, and elevation of the pool! My wife and I didn't have to do a thing! <br /> After the pool was installed and up and running, Gasparini Landscaping then moved in to do the rest! The patio was graded and installed, we love Edwin! The firepit and sitting wall were done at the same time.  After that portion was completed, they moved onto the large boulder walls and landscaping.  Then came the lighting, which is one of my favorite parts, would highly recommend lighting any landscaping project. <br /> After all of that, the landscaping, the yard, and the fencing went in! "The prior landscaper was a disaster and <strong>Todd Schanbacher,</strong> the owner worked with us to correct his work, design and build landscaping around the entire house and pool including pavers, front porch, stone patio, stone wall, fire pit and built in grill. They next landscaped with stones, mulch, plants and trees. They installed lighting all around the house and stonework. We were so pleased to have real professionals who explained every step of the process and have it all in writing. We had a huge burden removed and we felt so much better. Todd was always available to answer our questions. <strong> He demonstrated the honesty and integrity that we needed and guided us with expertise that was amazing to us.</strong> <br /> The Greenscape's staff walked us through the entire project with comprehensive blueprints. "John came out to our home and gave us an estimate within a half hour of our initial phone call. I had checked around, and the price he bid seemed reasonable. His crew started work the very next morning, ripping out the old floor, disposing of it, and prepping the ground for the new floor. They also stabilized and repositioned a couple of places where the walls had started to bulge out. They poured the concrete on Day 2, and on Day 3, came back and cut the expansion joints. John kept us appraised of the work throughout Days 1 and 2. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and skilled. I would not use anyone else for future concrete work. The only downside was that our asphalt driveway did take a little bit of a hit from the weight of the concrete truck. Alas."
