They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. It took a couple of return trips, and building up of the subfloor in the entryway, but the final installation was excellent. Thanks again to Leroy and Carpets Plus for a floor we are very proud of."
