"When the installer came out, he first had me walk the entire boundary of our yard with him so he knew exactly where to install the wire.  We have a hill in the back yard with a lot of trees and brush and he was able to quickly figure out how to work around that while still allowing a large area for our dog to roam.  He got right to work and was done within about 2 hours and marked the wire with flags.  While the installer was getting his equipment ready to start installing, the trainer, Jennifer, called me to set up the first three appointments.  My work is very close to home, so we were able to quickly and easily set those up around the middle of the day.  The salesperson told us that if we needed to do the training in the evening, it might be a little more difficult.  When the trainer came out for the first visit, I could tell she was someone that truly enjoyed working with dogs rather than someone who just had a job to do.  She was able to incorporate playing fetch at the same time she was training, so our dog was excited for the training.  He also enjoyed the many treats she gave him as rewards.  She trained him to avoid the wire instead of waiting for the shock that would happen if he crossed it.  To sum up, the entire experience, the salesperson, the installer and the trainer were all very professional and friendly.  I would definitely use them again. <br />"

"Dave was great from the very beginning. He called us back right away every time that we called him. He came over several times to give us a quote and explain how the fencing worked. I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. "Jeff far exceeded my expectations. Communication was good. While he had to reschedule, he called to ask if it would be okay and if it wasn't, he would come at the original time. I was able to be flexible so no big deal. I was impressed he called to ask and gave me the option. Not all other service providers do that. He gave excellent advice on what to buy so I was able to purchase the items he needed prior to his arrival. When I told him I wasn't able to get one thing he mentioned as there were too many to choose from, he took it in stride and went right out to get what he needed. He was prompt, polite and, explained things incredibly well. His price was well below what other handypeople had quoted me. I live alone and it can be daunting to have a stranger come into your home. He was polite, kind and respectful. I've already started creating a list for things for him to fix as I plan on having him come out again. Do yourself a favor and have Jeff help you out.
