We had them gut and tile our bathroom shower and tile the back splash in our remodeled kitchen.They arranged a plummer for the shower drain replacement and a glass shower door installer. "My wife and I were in the middle of a huge home makeover project having Travertine floor an shower tiles installed in our 2300 sq ft home when the tile guy abandoned the Job. After submitting a job on HomeAdvisor Jim from Jims tile came by and impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and can do attitude so we hired him. Jim saved the day an wrapped up the flooring and floor to ceiling showers in record time also cleaning up some of the previous tile guys mistakes. He did such a spectacular job we brought him back to challenge him with a fireplace surround and matching front porch of Saltillo tile with an intricate Talavera tile inlays and 4 inch Talavera boarders. There were over 500 individually hand placed Talavera tiles in the 300 sq ft porch and it is truly an amazing work of art. I wish this site accepted photos so I could share. Jim has an amazing talent, is truly professional, and a pleasure to work with. I have more tile work planned in the near future and for sure Jim is the one that will be installing it. "Bill came out and assessed the project which was to remove and replace a seton of ceramic tile that had buckled up and broken.(36 sq ft area) No leak, just old bonding loosening. He sent his tile guys Sergio & Andreas the next day and work began. They have a great work ethic with no talking on their cell phones and very little talking except for direction about the job. They clean as they go and are very neat.They only take off for lunch and are back on time and begin work . They saved all my old tiles which was time comsuming but glad they did as the tiles I have are no longer made and it would have been a much bigger job to buy new for the whole dining room and kitchen. They charge a standard fee of $650.00 a day plus materials and they stay 8 hours a day. The workers are bonded so you can relax if you have leave your home for a while. In the end you know you have a profesional job. Bill was on site everyday to oversee the project and came back to do the sealing of the grout."
