Ovi communicated regularly with me and my husband about each step of the process. I always felt comfortable with the guys that were working here. There was one measuring misstep early on, but they resolved it quickly and handled the fix with no issue. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with the final result. I was most nervous about tile work since I know it can mess up a room if not done well, but they did such quality work. They also completed everything in the timeline quoted, which was another win. He then dug a trench to add a new pipe and to also to equalize the water pressure. He was like a “water whisperer” solving a problem that stumped other folks."

We couldn?t have been more wrong. The initial sales representative (Peter) was friendly and communicated great. However, when we met with the designer (Julian) his overall demeanor was suitable but not outstanding, considering the amount of money and time our family was about to embark on with this type of project. In addition, Julian was not very responsive and did not make himself very available. Despite our reservations, we continued to push through the next phases of the project which included a deposit, design, engineering, and permit fees. The largest project he did: plant ground cover and lots of bushes on a pretty steep hill, had to clean it, improve irrigation, etc. also we did a few tune up projects for irrigation and landscape lightning repair as well as build 26” garden retainer wall. I was super happy with the work Tom and his crew did. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, pays attention to details and overall a very pleasant person to do business with.
