He was very responsive and kept us regularly and promptly informed with phone calls, texts and emails. These communications were complemented by the office staff. Materials were delivered on the day scheduled and the following business day the Rampart crew of six roofers showed up at 6:45 a.m. and worked for 10-1/2 hours straight to complete the job in one day. I've never seen a crew work so hard. They did a great job and left the job site completely clean."

They did a whole house exterior painting of a large stucco home for us. They used the finest quality paint for all trim, soffits and fascia and deep coats of elastomeric stucco paint in both sprayed and hand rolled application. Our house not only looks great, but is also great to the touch when compared to the dry, deeply weathered and faded stucco surface we had. Steps: Whole house pressure wash; whole house caulking and sealing; patch/repairs to stucco; whole house painting. I would also like to compliment Peter Carroll for his flexibility and willingness to work with us on our color choices. He said he wanted us to be happy with the final job no matter what so we did go back and forth on color choices in the beginning. Once we finalized our choices, with the help of his excellent color sense and recommendations, and the assurance we could make changes during the job if we needed to; we ended up making only one change (on the color of the garage doors) and now have house that pops, tastefully. "AWESOME!! After a late summer hail storm, we thought our roof might have sustained a lot of damage so we called Holladay Grace Roofing (HGR) for their review. They had done some work for us previously when we first moved into our house in 2001. Then they were prompt, courteous and they fixed our few issues so I didn’t hesitate to call them again 18 years later! Indeed we had severe damage, so I made a claim to our homeowners insurance and scheduled an inspection. Holladay Grace attended the inspection and so glad they did as the appraiser, using a drone didn’t see much damage, so HGR took him up to the roof and pointed out all the damage which could not be seen 100 feet from above! Holladay Grace, reviewed the claim estimate and made some recommendations to be sure we were getting what we needed to repair our roof entirely. Once we had all the paperwork for the claim complete, which only took a week or so, we scheduled to have our roof redone. Holladay Grace did an awesome job. They were wonderful to work with. They worked hard over 4 days to take it all down and put up new; they cleaned everything up and our new roof looks great! The crew who worked on our home were respectful and honestly I have never seen such a hard working group!
