However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! He was very flexible and attentive to what we wanted. We wanted heat pumps that would be efficient at low temperatures, so he searched for and found the right hardware for us. He worked closely with us to build the system that we wanted. Bill originally thought we would be without a heat for a week, but he figured out how to do all the preliminary work in advance, so he could get the old equipment out and the new equipment in within a day.
