"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"My water tank (I'm on a well) was leaking and needed to be replaced. I found Freitas Drilling and Pump through (I believe) Angie's List and read their reviews. Based on one particular review I decided to give Freitas a call. I called Tuesday morning and an appointment was scheduled for Thursday afternoon. I was advised by the receiptionist the service person would call me on his way to my house. <br /> Jamison called around 3:00 and arrived at 3:30. He inspected my tank and advised me that it needed to be replaced and why. He showed me where several leaks had started and advised me "patching them" would result in a potential dangerous outcome. He showed me pictures and explained in detail of a past job where the owner only wanted to patch the leaks. A couple of days later the tank exploded, which resulted in considerable damage (which could've been avoided had he just replaced the tank). Thankfully no one was hurt. <br /> Jamison called his office and got a quote for tanks and he advised me of the cost. I gave him the "OK" and he said he would be back in about an hour. Around 4:30 Jamison returned and by 5:45 he had replaced my tank, secured all the piping and fittings, and loaded my old tank into his truck. By 6:00 I had a new tank. <br /> About a month later I had a power outage and my pump turned off and I couldn't figure out how to restart it so I called Freitas again and they were so very helpful. They explained what happened, why it happened, and what I needed to do. I did what I was advised to do and the pump turned back on. <br /> Jamison was so very patient with me (I was asking a lot of questions during the install). He was also very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Never once did I feel he was talking down to me or talking over my head. He was also very punctual and considerate. <br /> I will always use Freitas and will recommend them to family and friends when necessary. My experience w/Freitas was exceptional. <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
