"Tao did an excellent job of re-finishing our floors. We had a move-in deadline, which he was able to meet. Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Tao and his firm."

"Phil is simply THE BEST! His work speaks for itself. He is extremely professional and is an excellent communicator. I had so many questions as a first-time home owner and he answered everything thoughtfully and in detail. He is so well organized. He was able to work on my space within the timeline I needed and his clean up was impeccable - there was no dust in our entire place! He was very knowledgeable about what products would be best suited for us - you can tell that he knows what he's doing. I would recommend him to anyone looking for flooring repairs or new installation."

"Tom installed our backsplash quickly and efficiently, paying attention to detail and cutting tile to fit the area! We are so appreciative that we found him and will contact him again to help us with our wood floors."

"Fantastic job by Tuan and his team! Not only was Unique Floors responsive to our quote, questions, they were ultra accommodating with our need to have the job complete in two rounds. We had our four upstairs bedrooms, hallway and staircase sanded and refinished. It’s hard to describe how beautiful the floors are now. The price was fair and worth every penny. Tuan is truly a master and after the job was completed we decided to hire him to replace our creaky 60-year old stairs. We highly recommend Tuan and Unique Floors for any floor project. And just as he promised, our old floors look “beautiful “."

"I have an an older home, built in 19219. I retired about a year and a half ago and have been going through the house room by room, patching and painting the walls and ceilings. This house has seen many pets over the years and has numerous stains on the floors. Before calling in someone to do the floors, I looked at some YouTube videos for advice and then I tried sanding and sanding and sanding those areas, then applying 12% hydrogen peroxide. It worked very well on some and hardly phased other ones. I couldn't afford to have them all replaced so I went ahead and called a few outfits to get estimates to refinish the floors. Weles Wood Floor Services in Watertown Mass (weles.wood@gmail. com) was the only one that could do the job soon. Vladimir from Weles came out and discussed it with me. He sent me a proposal with 4 different options on how it would be finished. I chose the second cheapest one because I thought there's not much sense into getting a high grade job for this banged up floor and also because the cheapest option didn't use a drum sander which is what this floor needed. So Pasha was the young man who came out to do the work. After sanding most of the living room floor, instead of just showing me a brochure with the different shades that were available to me, he masked off 6 squares on the floor, each about a foot square, then applied the different shades that were available to me, some involving staining the floor first so I could see exactly what each one would look like. I found it hard to believe an outfit would go through that trouble. I had the bedroom done before and also because I'm a mechanic, I had a good idea of the work involved. So as the work progressed, I was surprised at how much work was going into this and I started to worry that he must be doing one of the higher priced options that I could ill afford, but when the floor was done, it was the price quoted to me with the only additional cost being I had later chose"

"I had a very positive experience with Mr. Hoang Duong and his highly skilled team. They did an excellent job of installing 1100 square feet of hardwood in my apartment, and they did it on the time-table that they promised. They removed carpets and solved the problem of gluing the wood to exposed concrete. They solved whatever problems that arose and they moved some furniture for me. Overall an outstanding result."

"Qua and his flooring team did an amazing job installing my hardwood floors. From start to finish, the communication was clear, the pricing was fair, and the craftsmanship was top-tier. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail — the final result came out flawless. What really stood out was how respectful and professional the crew was throughout the whole project. They kept the space clean, answered all my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. I’d highly recommend Qua and his team to anyone looking for quality hardwood installation. If you want great work done right the first time, these are the guys to call!"

"Tom and his team were friendly, informative and efficient. They did exactly what they said they would do in terms of refinishing our wood floors, and even went a little beyond that. Also important was the information we needed to prepare the house so they could get right to work when they showed up. The team was respectful of our home and were careful bringing their tools in and out. The cost was comparable to other businesses that we looked at, and might have even been a little less expensive--without sacrificing quality. And the work got done on time and without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Tom and his team for this kind of work."

"We had Dalba install all new carpet in a bedroom upstairs and two grand staircases. They also repaired a wood floor in our hallway and another room as well. They did an excellent job. My favorite part was working with Joseph and how communicative he was through the whole process. He constantly updated me with photos as the project continued and was transparent throughout. The craftsmanship and install itself was great. We hired them for another flooring projects in a few weeks as well. Dalba is one of the good ones! Highly recommend."
