His price was lower than the other 4 estimates that I have received. His price was between 5-6 thousand dollar less than the other contractors. To make a long story short, he gave me an awesome price to complete both decks which we accepted. While Jason and his crew were at our home they were very polite and showed a great deal of courtesy.
