"Very hard worker. Very detail oriented"

"Great service! I recommend hiring this contractor for services such as home/condo cleaning."

"I am delighted to give a five-star rating to the housekeeping service provided. The team was highly professional and efficient in their work. They paid great attention to detail and ensured that every corner of my house was spotless. I was particularly impressed with their timeliness and ability to complete the tasks within the agreed-upon time frame. They were both so pleasant and delightful to talk to. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of top-notch housekeeping."

"We cannot recommend Sandra’s Effective Cleaning highly enough. We have worked with Sandra and her team for vacation-rental turnovers, including demanding same-day turnovers, and they are exceptional. Sandra is a consummate professional. Her attention to detail, communication, responsiveness, availability, and service are unparalleled. We first found Sandra when we needed help during an emergency, and she and her team stepped in and did an outstanding job. We have never looked back. Sandra and her team consistently go above and beyond. They handle linen turnover, let us know when supplies are running low, flag anything needing attention, and make sure everything is ready for the next guests. Vacation-rental turnovers are demanding work, and their level of care, consistency, and reliability is invaluable. We have complete confidence in Sandra and her team of thorough, dependable, and communicative professionals. We recommend Sandra’s Effective Cleaning without a single reservation."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"This is my second time using this service. The initial room looked so nice the other rooms started to look like they needed painting too. I also took advantage of the cleaning service and was not surprised that the caliber of service was just as good as the paint job. I recommend doing both. That way your new paint job has a super clean room to compliment your investment. The cleaning service is coming back 2x a month. Totally worth it."

"Edward’s Service did a good job. I would recommend this company."
