"Wow!! Iâ m beyond belief at what this company has done to us. They destroyed our furniture and broke our 65 inch television. Please read my review and do not use this company. We did call the owner of the company and complained and he was the biggest arrogant illiterate jerk Iâ ve seen in a long time. He has absolutely NO business owning a company. We moved out of a two bedroom apartment which consisted of only 2 bedroom suites, 1 $6000.00 zero gravity massage chair and and outdoor swing, 3 televisions along with boxes. No couch, kitchen set or anything heavy. Just a plain simple move. It took the 2 guys with me, my husband, son and his girlfriend having to step in and help. This move was supposed to only take 2 hours. It started at 9am and ended at 2pm. Unbelievable!!! The only reason we finished when we did is because the workers were impaired. They arrived and were already high as a kite and stunk up the apartment from the marijuana they had been smoking. They could not comprehend anything! Almost 2 hours into the move I arrived back at the apartment and noticed the guys hanging out in the truck filling their cups up with alcohol with only a couple of boxes loaded. They had still not even loaded the furniture and I had to begin to tell them to load the furniture onto the truck. They came upstairs and I told them to get the bedroom mattress and load them. One guy grabbed the mattress and the other guy walked out on the patio to get a lawn chair which we already told him that did not go. I seriously had to begin to tell them everything like they were toddlers. Unacceptable!! They left the mattress in front of the apartment and still didnâ t load them. We had the largest Penske truck and they just threw everything in the truck and didnâ t stack anything. Our furniture was wrapped and packaged carefully from us and they managed to destroy our $6000.00 recliner. Our 65 inch television is now broken. We are looking at $10,000. In damages from their incompetence, They ran out of room because of their incompetence and now we are having to go back to get more items 9 hours away. We have moved over 20 times and this is the very first time anything like this has happened. This ignorance is unacceptable!"

"Please do not use them please do not use them I was told somebody scammed him and he could not get to U-Hauls that is a lie I put the U-Hauls in my name those U-Hauls for eight and a half hours cost me $600 I had to pay to have them cleaned I had to have pay to have them put gas in I had to pay him for extra miles they did not need to do I had to constantly tell the workers I am paying you $169 an hour I want to say oh I make it right I will make it right not only did he make but when I asked the guys that had the truck please take it back to the U-Haul I do cuz I was so afraid I was getting scammed his right hand man told me to eat a dick he kept telling me he was going to make it right he was going to make it right he was going to come up here and see how they handle the job he never showed nor did he bring electronics which I am going to have to fill out a warrant for and he blocked my number so I could not call him that is what kind of business Betsy is"
