"Contractor didn't come when he said he would all 3days he said he would. He did a good job but was not dependable everytime he said he'd come to do or finish the job. Overall the job was excellent, just his work ethics as far as his claimed work times were all inconsistent."

"The serviceman arrived on time. He was polite and dressed nicely. We made a walk through, discussing how the cleaning would take place. His helper arrived and they started moving furniture and objects to protect them or make it easier to clean. They started the cleaning process. When they were near completion they asked me to look around to see if I saw any problems. Then again they asked me to make another check. Large fans had been placed in operation to start the drying process as soon as a room was cleaned. After all of the rooms had been cleaned and the carpets were mostly dry, they removed the rest of the equipment and had me sign off and I paid for the work.

"Very speedy response to my initial inquiry, and they showed up on time for the estimate appointment. There was a 1 day delay on the delivery, but they kept me informed, and unlike some vendors, were very easy to contact. I thought the price charged was a little high, but I haven't had screens built in quite a while, and I needed a rush job. All in all, it was great service, and I'll be turning to them again in the future."
