"Overall BRR was a pleasure to work with. The project managers and contractors were extremely friendly, professional and attentive (and skilled!). This was my first renovation, so I would likely make some different choices if I did it again now that I have more knowledge (e.g. making sure that the subfloor was 100% level before laying a floating vinyl plank on it), but as a whole I am extremely happy with the outcome. The most impressive feat was the installation of the countertops. I live in a condo with narrow staircases so I was assuming they would have to be in multiple pieces, but the team came up with a creative solution to get the massive counters into my apartment and installed without having to cut them. They are seamless and gorgeous! I was also extremely impressed with the carpenter, Mike. He not only installed my kitchen cabinet doors, which was an intricate puzzle of ancient hinges, but he and his team built a storage cabinet for my parking space that is the envy of everyone in my complex. A simple thing, but very finely crafted. I ever have money again after this round of renovations, I will definitely hire BRR to work on my bathrooms!"

"We reached out to four roofing companies to quote our re-roofing project. We compared them on professionalism, quote thoroughness, feeling of trust and integrity with the salesperson, and knowledge. Westshore ranked highest hands down. They were not the cheapest, nor were they the highest bid, but they were the best. We felt so comfortable with Ben, and rather than try to upsell us as others did, he helped us figure out ways we could get the job done within our budget. The quote offered several options which was quite helpful in our choices. During our decision period, we had several questions and he responded immediately every time. When it came time for the work, the crew was always on time and professional. They cleaned up and you could barely tell they were even here at the end of the day. We were glad to see that the crew was able to take several water breaks (in nearly 100-degree heat) and time off for lunch and they still finished the job ahead of schedule. "I originally needed to get my roof redone as part of a solar installation project, and the solar company referred me to Cosmic Roofing as their preferred partner. Due to the unusual roof slope on my house, several other companies had turned me down for this project. Cosmic sent me David A. to go over the initial conversation of the project. We talked about work streams, dates, expectations, areas of concern, and of course the price. He showed me sample tiles, colors, materials, and explained some items that I hadn't taken into account, such as adding new vents to pass the permit process. I felt like David really understood what needed to be done and how he would tackle it. That was why I felt comfortable signing a work order right away. The tiles were delivered within days, which I was pleasantly surprised at. The roof installers came the next day, and did their job efficiently. Permits were reviewed the same week, and I officially had a new roof in less than a month's time. It's commendable how efficient this company is. My house is now noticeably cooler on sunny days because David recommended the white roof tiles. Of course, the fast speed made it easy for the solar company to do their installation too. We're very happy to have worked with Cosmic Renovation and Roofing. It wasn't until I spoke with David that I found out they also do solar installations. I might've had them make a bid for the solar work as well, but since I had already decided on someone else, it wasn't in the cards. Anyways, if you're looking to add solar to your roof, give Cosmic a call for a quote."

"Jonathon and Aaron were great. I obtained several estimates and theirs was the most comprehensive and best value for what I needed done. While the rain delayed my job for a few weeks, once the weather cleared up and they were able to start, the job ran smoothly. Marty and his crew were super professional and were always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns. My favorite thing about them is that they clean up every night before they leave - and they do a great job of clean up. My roofs look beautiful and I'm very happy with their service. I'd definitely hire them again and I'm very happy with the work product!"

"The job went very well. I had the kitchen completely redone, new cabinets, floor, lighting, counter tops., paint , electrical work sink and appliances. Robert was professional, from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process and gave me a time frame for the work to be completed. He finished ahead of schedule. He was involved in all of the work. Hands on which I really liked. He offered suggestions when I had questions about the design but always let me make the final decisions. In short he listened. The cost of the project was fair and competitive. I got estimates for the job from 6 or more contractors, I went with Robert in large part because of how easy it was to talk with him and I always felt he was listening to my questions and concerns. I will use Robert in the future on other projects and I highly recommend him."

"They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Roof looks good and the clean up was also good. The people working on the project were professional. The only thing was communication. Needed a little more conversation over the phone to confirm arrival on first full work day. The sales rep showed up to lay down a plastic cover over a suspected leak and it held up during some very blustery rain. Over all excellent work but expensive."

"They were the only company (out of 4 contacted) that provided a prompt and detailed estimate. They recommended installation of gutter screens due to abundant leaf drop from homeowner association trees, which turned out to be a good decision. They kept me informed of the start date, and any changes due to weather conditions. Roof tear off was quick (1/2 day). Lots of people worked on roof installation (including the owner and co-owner), which took one day. This included replacement of a little roof decking around the chimney, which had become damaged over time. One more day needed for removal and installation of new gutters and gutter screens. They made sure everything was picked up and cleaned after each phase (tear off, roof installation, gutters). Office staff was top notch and answered all my questions. They also prepared for the required city inspection/permit sign-off. They were recommended to me by a friend who had 2 roofs done by Wonderlin (her's and her mother's). Would gladly use them again."
