"The service was good. I paid an extra hundred dollars on top of the Big Deal. It is a pretty big deck so it took the guy longer than four hours to do it. The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. That was the only thing, but it was kind of important because we were trying to keep out groundhogs from getting underneath our deck. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."

"He gave me a quote and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was clear about to procedure and what he needed to do. It was nice and clean after the service, I didn't have to do any touch ups or clean ups. I was so happy with the results, I hired him to complete resurface my driveway."

They never showed up when they said they would. We were often told they would be there at 9am, but then we were lucky if they were there by 2pm. They would say they were on their way at 10, but then now show up until 4pm. There were many days during the project where they didn't show up at all. We tried to be understanding of extenuating circumstances, such as truck issues and high heat indexes. We were also understanding of the distance the crew has to travel to get to us, though that is something they should have considered before accepting the job. Communication: 1 out of 5. In most cases, we had to initiate the contact to get any information on when or if anyone was going to show up. There was a complete lack of communication. We were very frustrated and annoyed throughout the majority of the project. We also had to request, multiple times, for an itemized invoice so we knew what we were paying for. We never did get one. Quality of work: 5 out of 5. Both decks are beautiful and well constructed. If I was reviewing on the work alone, the score would be much higher. The crew he brought with him were hardworking and cared about the quality of work they were doing, which was amazing. The entire project, as a whole, was stressful. The end product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. To say we have mixed feelings about this company would definitely be accurate. It's hard to rave about the work that was done when the level of professionalism was so low."
