"I contacted Eugene of Conquer The Clog about 4 PM yesterday to address my clog. He said he could come to our house in about 2 hours to check it out. He arrived around 6 PM and went to work. He removed a toilet that was the most distant one in our house and started to snake out the clog. He put approximately 75â of the snake into the toilet drain and broke up the clog and everything drained properly. We flushed the other 2 toilets in the house, ran the showers, and ran the bathtub several times to make sure everything was clear. It was so he replaced the toilet with a new reinforced wax ring and everything is back in working order. Eugene cleaned up and completed the work around 8 PM. "Shaddai Plumbing team is great! They are very professional, they keep their word, they complete job without delays. Great quality. We had to replace old water pipes across 2-story home and their service was great. We asked to add additional water switches to be able to switch hot/cold water on and off in separate parts of home - and they did it. "They were here by 9 am and had to drain tank because I could not turn shut-off valve to stop water so I could drain tank before they got here.

Cleaned up water that had leaked so they could get around utility room easier.  Had to move quite a few items to outside to do this.

After instillation of water heater and replacing valves, they removed the old heater and cleaned up all debris, taking it with them or disposing in my garbage can.

Came inside and made sure all was well with the water flow and that the heater was working properly before leaving.

They did all this in 2 and one-half hours and left it cleaner than it was when they got here!"

He arrived on time, got right to work and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the shower controller cartridge and all works fine now.
